I regret to inform you that I have paid Rs.99.00 for annual membership in the month of March 17 and also paid Rs.303.00 for recharge for April 17 along with R.99.00.
Surprisingly from 01st April 17 onward all my outgoing, incoming & data access services have been stopped. I have given the complaint to the customer care representative on this issue but i have not received any response till now.
I request you to look into this and resolve the problem. If you are unable to resolve this issue you please cancel my Jio connection and return my amount of Rs.303.00.

I am staying in pm palem in vizag.I am using jio from few months .Before my phone use to work nicely but now it is not at all working because signal may be not there. Urgent calls also is not working before it is excellent net is also spèed at that time but now nothing only it circle rotates please say the solution
