I have bought Ashirvad atta on 02/08/19 and considering good branded product I have consume it for two days without giving much attention on different taste but after sieving it I saw huge number of small worms in it. It is very frustating to see such poor quality of food product from such a big brand.I also went to the shopkeeper to replace the rotten atta but he refuses to do so. Hence I am complaining to take necessary action in this regard.

Your importer is importing illegally , with giving false declaration to customs.
ITC will also be legally liable for the illegal importation. , when the customs finds out.
For your own good, ITC, please check to see that your importer has the valid license to import
. They have been importing, by submitting false document.

I notice some issue regarding packaging of cigarettes.Your cigarette packet style is not well becoz when consumer take out cigarette from packet he pickup lip side of cigarette with his fingers and this is not safe due to Pandemic corona virus...
So I humbly request you to change side of your cigarette that's why consumer takes sofe smoke and they will definitely appreciate your step.....

Rate of Navy cut price printed in a packed is Rs49/- and rate of another packet is Rs80/- why is such differences? Retail outlet always takes Rs80/- for packets of Rs49/- why is it so?

I run my shop for the last 35 years and sell your brand in a good quantity, but till now no display board has been provided till now, they always make fake promises even I sell highest quality as compared to others but u fortunately most of them have displays. Your goodself is requested kindly do the needful and issue a good disply of goldfake board.
