    Dear Haldiram' s complaint attending & resolution team.
    I have purchased Salted Peanut small pack but, there are only 1-2 peanut is inside the packet. Is it O.K ? to sail 1-2 peanut in 5-Rs to customer.
    I Have hold the packet as such without torn. There are only gas is filled in Packet with 1-2 peanut.
    You are requested to collect the same ASAP and take necessary action to resolve this type of issue.

    Respected sir/ma'am, I am operating a grocery store on the above given address. I had purchased Haldiram namkeens from your distributor which was Pooja Agencies. I had some expiry and asked distributors to replace it with new one but the distributor denied and said I have left the agency of Haldiram and also give me the number of Mr. Ashish(SO Haldiram in Yamunanagar) (8168978702) and new distributor Mr. Mukesh Malik (7988165818). I had contacted them but they didn't give me a proper response and refused to replace the expiry product . I have been following them for 11 month but didn't find any resolution so due to this reason I didn't sell any haldiram product at my store which directly impacts my customer and your business as well as.

    So request you to please take necessary action and do the needful.

    I hope you will resolve my concern. I request the senior authority to please look into the matter and resolve it. This type of activity directly spoils the brand image.

    Your company's sales officer Ashish Khare and Super stockage Anjani Jain he did not settle our claims. And giving pressor to Take ownership of agency We also sent him expiry and damge worth Rs.5-6 lakh and he did not also settle our expiry.I conatcted Many more time and he did not take action against him. And now days His behave like a stranger with me
