With reference to my request for withdrawal of PF duly forwarded & dispatched by the M/s Balaji Security Services, Corporate Plaza, Near Sector 4 & 7, Crossing Railway Road, Opposite Allahabad Bank, Gurgaon on 16.05.2018 to your goodself and even received your esteemed office on the same day i.e. 16.05.2018 by courier (Tracking Summery attached).
As inquired telephonically from dealing concerned in your good office, it is informed by him that no request has been received regarding undersigned, whereas Tracking Status of DTDC Courier Services stated that the request/form has been received in your office.
In view of the above position explained above, you are requested to look into the matter and assist me for withdrawal of my PF as it is a dire need to me, that why the request has been filed to your goodself.
I shall be very grateful for this.
