As you’ve resigned in 2009, there was No UAN.
To obtain more clarity on the claim settlement or there is a delay in the settlement of claim, you’ll have to register a Grievance / Compliant with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner.
Following are the steps to register a grievance:
• Log on to http://epfigms.gov.in/
• Click on Register Grievance
• Select Status : PF Member
• State code: MH ; Establishment code: 48037 ; Account No.: XXX
• Office to which grievance pertains: EPFC, RO, Bandra
• Enter details in all the columns marked with an asterisk * and submit the grievance.

The PF Withdrawal Forms have been submitted with Employee Provident Fund Organisation and are in process with them.
Please find the attached acknowledgement copy for your reference.
You can check the PF status online on the below mentioned link once the forms are updated by the EPFO Team,

Following are the steps to check the claim status:
1. Click on “Our Services”, “For Employees” & then “Know your Claim Status”
2. Enter your UAN Number followed by the Captcha
3. Click on ”Submit” button.
4. Click on highlighted Provident Number
Note: We would not be able to commit on the time frame for the claim settlement, as they are government body and their processes are out of our control.

Dear Ziyauddin,
We have received the forms on 15th Jan 2018 and the same has been sent to our consultant for processing. It will be submitted at EPFO within 2 months from receipt of your forms (provided all documents are in order). You will get an acknowledgment email once your form is submitted to EPFO.
Note: There is likely to be a delay in submission of forms since currently Mumbai EPFO is accepting only few forms per week. Employee Provident Fund Organisation has reduced the submissions since Sep’17, resulting into delays and heavy backlog at our end. The claims are getting submitted at EPFO on first in first out basis.
