respected sir/madam
I am one of the resident of E-136/E-100 MANGOL PURI STREET NO 3 New Delhi-110083. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 2 months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes directly from SEWAGE. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made many sick.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

Hi sir
Looking forward for your intervention on this. As i am not able to contact djb customer support team on phone on their 1916 number where in the option 2 doesn’t work. My mother is senior citizen and can’t go around looking for a resolution. As everything is digital but there is no way of getting this issue addressed.
I want to complaint against BIll raised by DELHI JAL BOARD is to much high and Meter is not working from last 2 years around means from the first day meter was not working .and even most of the times my mother registered the complaint for the same matter but this is not solved and even they changed the new meter , even this is also not working . and Bill is around 5k. First dear sir please change the meter and Zero the bill . then after ward we will pay from next month.
please resolve this problem as soon as possible so i pay the relevant bill.

My In-laws were living at New Seelampur G Block Opp. DJB Office. From the last 3 and more years no one is living there hence no water been used during this period. It is got surprised on getting bill over month by month i.g. during May'18 the bill created 7,029/- apx which was not paid even number of visits made for corrections. During Sept.2018 another bill received @ Rs. 11,500 apx. and now in November a billing of Rs. 45K have been created and dropped at our door step. More surprise for us on dialling ZRO number Mr. Rajinder Singh who informed that he got retired 3 years back but DJB official can't bothered to change his name and number for public to approach ZRO. Landline number 011-22182253 no body cares to pick the call when ever made.
We don't know what to do next in the situation when no one is available to justify the bill amount.

I am citizen of India, my resident is in paschim puri, 832A, ground floor. There is first, second and top floors also in our floor. Due to leakage in pipe line overflow of unlimited water from roof all the time. Water-flow is also on electricity board. Chances of wall damage etc. You are requested to look into the matter and convince top floor residents for maintenance. When we asked it to them they use bad words.

Dear Sir,
I Dayanand joshi residence of South west Delhi , I have Grievance
against Delhi Jal board (DJB) where in there is no supply of water
from DJB. I have a connection ( Kno - 259091100) from DJB last 10
years but we don't get
water from that connection as well we have made complaint many times
to the CEO DJB, Chief Engg South west & Jr Engg. but no action is
taken yet . DJB use to providing any water tanker as well to few
houses but We are not provided any Tanker supply . We pay bill for
last 10 years without water Supply . You are requested to ask DJB to
take action to supply water
