    BUS DELAY by RAMESH:

    Sir I boarded an ultra deluxe bus with number TNA45406,WITH driver number 601170,with conductor number 602921 in SOMPETA BUS STAND at 7:19:19am on 07th August 2019.The bus arrived PALASA at 8:50am it's taking so much delay and I delayed for my duty and I asked the driver about the delay and he replied in irrespective manner you can check the trip details on APSRTC LIVE TRACK APP the two particular stops between SOMPETA to PALASA.

    Rtc bus drivers and conductors was behaviour very rude and buses was not stop in bus stops. They talking very rude. Don't repeate this. If you are repeated this behavior that's effect to all your staff and bad goodwill to entire sector.

    The bus no 5564 on 7/12/19 at 12.00 the bus driver try to beet me if u have any doubt pls check with camera for more clarification and they used bad words also front of passanger after the i call to customer care she told to given phone to driver but they not ready to speak .

    I think he was drink to drive because he speaking like even conductor also like that only .

    If i say anything worng r driver say anything wrong but camera is showing reyalyality only pls take action on the driver other i Will send this matter to all news papers

    Bus number Ap03z0241 kuppam depot 13/12/2019 night tirupati to krishnagi bus. Due to driver misbehaviour the passengers travelling in bus are facing problems. I complained to DM in kuppam depot but he is not responding to my calls, and even I also called tirupati RM but there is no response, plz take immediate action on these three peoples.

    Am waiting in guntur bustand for ponnur bus.Chirala bus schedule at 10.20 but it arrived 10.10. after that no bus to ponnur. My grandmother and 8 year child waiting for bus no body has responded am asked white shirt person he says do u know enquiry is there but enquiry is already closed 20 people waiting for bus he also seen at least he didn't inform no bus.

    Your Passseger service in AP is too worst. Particularly running the Buses with out conductors you are wasting public time to much. At the same time I are charging express/SD rates. 3 stop buses,drivers are stopping the bus everywhere for tickets and they are least bothered about time of passengers. Today I travelled by Bus No. AP 35 x 8034 (3stop, No conductor) from Vizag to RAJAM. I got into bus at maddilapalem at 8 .15 am reached Rajam at 11.40 am .please understand and improve .
    Please note bus pickup is also not good., but Jagan MohanCM visit at vizinagaram are not the reasons for late.

    Dear sir,

    Greetings for the day.

    I am traveling from Tadipatri to Kurnool in a bus no AP02Z0364 on 01st Oct 2020.

    My query is regards social distance. If it is not in lockdown why you are charging high charge tickets which was being charged in lockdown.

    It is the matter of social distance, as the covid is not cured completely until vaccine has come.

    If you really wants full occupancy in all busses, charge normal charges as you are before lockdown.

    And one more thing, Tadipatri depot management is literally worst service providing. As they are sending Ordinary busses collecting Express service charge to Anantapur route.

    How badly they are giving service.


    Hope you guys are taking action on this, and keep in mind for healthy service in future.

    No one is thinking about money now a days, it's all about safety and secure conciousness. Charging extra money is doesn't matter, but think about security that's it.

    No one knows from whom covid will spread, without precautions.

    Everyone should think self safety concept.

    This is Deepak I have booked Indra ac bus uid 5442 nd actual time of this bus is 8:45 but it came 9:45 I asked driver that why bus is late he is simply telling who know this is the way u treat the customers and I am having exam afternoon 2 for that I have booked bus early that to ac bus afternoon they won't allow to me exam if I came late what I have to do I don't now

    I would like to travel from Markapur to ongole. But the driver of the bus is not allowing to me to travel. Service number of that bus is 5890.
