    I had hired the above vehicle on 12th january 2021. after completing the journey the driver misbehaved and abused in slang language.

    This is not expected from a esteemed organization like uber.

    He also had logged a complain against me which is not atoll justified and also block my number.

    i expect a fair a justification for the same.

            My name is Animesh saha. I am your customer for about a long years. I just felt uncomfortable a booking cab and communicating with a cab driver. last 2 days back one cab driver cancels my booking and gets charge 20 rs but I paid that fine. when I book a uber cab today I have seen "you didn't pay your money for the 20 rs charge but I already paid. in that case, I pay 40+2=42 rupees. why this type of problem faced.is my email id hack or it was? I don't know. do support me because I am a long-time customer give me some preference, please.

    Today I had a trip from 47, NN Road, Satgachi, South DUM dum, Kolkata 700028 to 7MJCJ999+MCV7, Ward number 6, Kolkata 700002. At the time of booking the cab it's shows Rs 236 as a fare, but after completing the trip it's shows Rs 570. The driver has taken the exact amout.     On 26-06-2022 I had taken a ride from Marian Coed school to Regenta Orkos, Prantik Pally Road, kolk. On reaching the destination the cab driver told the amount has already paid by amazon pay app as it is connected .     Dear Sir, I went to Tandur Park, Jodhpur Park, Kolkata, on 7Th September instant at around 8 p.m from my home at Vikrampur, Fartabad, Garia, Kolkata, by riding a Uber Cab and I could not pay the stipulated rent , Rs 261.66, by google pay till today causing some technical problem in Uber's Bank. I am trying to pay the money by google pay every day since then. But in every occasion it shows "Recipent's bank is currently unable to receive money". Please do need ful so that I can pay Rs 261.66 by google pay or net banking . Thanks.
