My courier (way bill no -394716681) arrived in ur madhubani branch delivered to the deliver, but ur irresponsible madhubani branch keep such a courier, but it does not deliver it and return it. Very poor service of ur branches and ur adminstration when i call ur head office then the office says me it's not my department, plzz take action against..ths type of service such ruin ur company.
