I am working in Eris Pharma located at Gujarat .my company having corporate Account with blue dart.Every month am receiving parcel throug blue dart.. I am really disappointed with blue dart courier service especially delivery part.
My way bill no - 50513730864.I tracked this number showing delivery status on 9/May/2018.i contact local blue dart office Coimbatore branch yesterday.ie 14/June /2018..one of person called from Blue dart office.assure to deliver one or two days..next day (15/June /2018) I Received 4 Box through delivery boy.out of 4 box, 1 box weight is very less compare to others.i checked that box 3 units of gift missed costing around 12000/-..That box installation tape different from other box tape.under the box installed Amazon brand tape.Even customer care service not given proper response..
