Regret to inform you that, still as of today the problem not solved and un attended.
I not received any response mail/ written communication from your Concerned authorities side for the actions taken till today. Only Helpline representatives keep calling to know the status of the case , though they have raised docket no on E category as follows :

I have raised the complaint on 15.07.2022 through below mail and on your helpline mobile numbers of Central and to North centre with relevant photos and video of the pole problem.
If needed please depute Technical support team to assess the danger /severity and take necessary permanent solution/action which can with stand for year's as this being completely residential area.
As the present dead end electric pole is of more than 35+ years old and there's a serious bend in the middle of the pole. unable to take the load / weight of new insulated cable + old existing wire cables being.
As complained in my below mail, on the day of while laying new insulated heavy cables ,the labour who claimed the pole as on fear as it got zerk of sound and got down through using our staircase railings. Even new cable laid was not pulled up to straighten due to the problem and left behind.
Even the contract supervisor has mentioned that he too will take it up and report to BESCOM authorities on the problem.
I can understand it may take process time in replacing and getting back to normalcy,
Due to the continues rain with wind season,
I sincerely plea & Request one and All authorities concerned to do the followup and restoration at the earliest.

I am resident of dinnur 8th cross next to vatican school neighbour's of jai ram.
Sir we are facing drainage issue from many years but recently bbmp people have started the work solve the issue but from last Sunday evening our entire 8th cross drainage system is blocked by the workers due to electric pole was about to fall so the contractor has filled the mud to block our drainage line to make the pole stand until Bascom people rectify it. But about a week now nothing has changed. There are more than 30 families living in 8th cross and facing total blocked drainage system.
Please sir try solve this issue asap.

Respected sir, This is from , residents 3 rd cross Amarjyothi housing society , behind Vaibhav theatre , sanjayanagar , there is no asphalting of our road for the past 20 yrs and facing lot of problem , submitted d a letter signed by us , kindly do the needful, sir .
