Bangalore Institute of Technology is one of the best institutes located in the beautiful city of Bangalore. Travelling by local transport is very easy. Just ask anyone about the college and you can get the directions. Coming to the infrastructure, Bangalore Institute of Technology is hosted in a small campus with numerous buildings for every different department. There are not much open spaces but the classrooms, library and the labs are quite well equipped. The college was started in August 1979, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University. It is a private engineering college, but partially funded by the Government of India.
The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, so the students can remain connected with their respective social life. The boy’s hostel lies inside the campus, however, the girls hostel is about 2 kms away. Alike different institutes, student finds the timings to be too strict and the food unbearable. Students across the country come down to get admission. After admission tests, the selection procedure is followed.
