About a month ago on 26.4.22 , I purchased a " POLAR - 1200 mm Brown" ceiling fan , from your agency named " Mobile zone " situated in Zinzira Bazar , kol:- 700088 , after couple of days after purchase I noticed an irrelevant and annoying sound from fan , I tried to contact customer service executive but they are just trying to mislead by saying that they have assigned a mechanic , but not a single technician came till now to resolve my problem ..
I am continuously complaining about my problem from last 1 week, but now too much frustrated by your poor customer service ... Hope my problem will be resolved soon or else I have no option available with me to lodge a case in Consumer forum (consumer court ) .. Thank you
