We had a flight from Srinagar to Delhi around 3:44 pm but due to some issues we reached airport around 3 clock by the time we checked in and we rushed to get a boarding pass from a air vistara member but he was like we can’t let you in the flight is already left how come a flight can take off within in the given time ? And he was so rude and not even letting us know what to do next , the staff of air vistara are so rude and very disrespectful behaviour, I wish this message should reach the air vistara air lance
