    This is in continuation of my first Mail dated 18th March 2021.

    I am deeply troubled that retailers like you come up with novel excuses and avoid admitting to their faults only to frustrate and infuriate helpless customers like me, seeking logical conclusions for the endless problems encountered in buying a TV from your Brand. It is most unfortunate and terribly disappointing.

    The incident dates back to 12th January 2021, when I bought a TCL 55" 4K Smart LED TV, Model # 55P715, costing Rs 46,000 (inclusive of taxes) and it completely stopped within 60 days of purchase. It's more than three weeks now that I am reaching out to everyone in TCL on an almost daily basis, but no solutions are coming through. Your service manager assured that a replacement of the TV would be done once they are allowed to identify the nature of a fault, and now they have given the reasons as malfunctioning of Display Panel.

    Even though I'm a common man without technical knowledge, I understand that Display Panel is the primary and critical component of LED TV. For it to malfunction within 60 days of purchase is not acceptable to me. I will not accept anything other than a TV replacement.

    I genuinely hope that you will initiate appropriate actions in giving a TV replacement instead of doing time-wasting tactics and instigating me further. It is time that you guys admit the fact gracefully that the TV supplied at the time of purchase was a faulty one and focus on consumer satisfaction rather than unwarranted frivolous communication.

    If I don't get to hear from you with a firm confirmation by written that TV REPLACEMENT would be given within 3 days from the date of this email, you are forcing me to sue your company in Consumer Protection Act.

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TILL THE END IT'S IMPORTANT.

    I factory reset my TCL tv by mistake and now, I'm having trouble going through the QR scanning code and all that. All I need is, your help to get me through the QR code scan, to know what is the code?

    Note: Also the thing is, everytime I scan the code, it'll show me the link, so i tap the link and it takes me to this website (UC.HUAN.TV). It's like, they want me to enter my phone number & password or something because the problem is, the languages speaks Chinese and I don't understand and don't know what to do.

    I'd wish if you an attached box so I can attach you the code.

    I have registered a display compaint for my 55 inch TCL Smart TV on 3rd November 2021 which is under company onsite warranty. It's almost 80 days I am waiting for my replacement. Everyday I call customer care and they tell me that I will receive the TV same day. I have two numbers of the service team

    When I called these numbers, I got the information that they have my new TV, but they are waiting for the transportation for the last 18 days. How weird is this. Even no one in the customer care is able to handle my problem. This is not the right way to handle your customers.... I don't know what to do.... So I am forwarding this message to whichever online sites possible if no action from here also.
