I want to register my complaint against Videocon Industries Limited Registered office 14. K.M STONE, AURANGABAD PAITHAN ROAD VILLAGE CHITTEGAON, TALUKA PAITHAN AURANGABAD MH 431105 IN………….& Delhi office…12th Floor, Videocon Tower, E 1 Block, Jhandewalan, New Delhi, Delhi - 110055, India. Corporate Office Plot No 296, Udyog Vihar Industrial Area Phase 2, Gurgaon - 122016…… its registered dealer & its service center Shri Bala Ji Services Authorised Service Centre (15/3, Indra Vikas Colony, Opposite Nirankari Public School, New Delhi 110009 Ph no. 9350431112).
I had purchased a TV named Videocon DDB VJU40FH17CAH on 28-10-2016 priced at Rs. 28000 Bill . no. -380-UGD10-16SI 1243 from Vijay Sales address - C/16, Sector 58, NOIDA, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar, UP-201301. The TV had a warranty of upto 3 years. It worked fine until Mid June, then half of the screen got its color faded and as the days passed the display of half of the screen was gone. Then I called the customer care service of Videocon Industries Limited in Delhi office on 5/8/2018 on phone number 01139404040. We received our complaint number as DEL0508180141 and forwarded our complaint to Shri Bala Ji Services Authorised Service Centre of Videocon Industries Limited. A guy named Surya came to our house on 5/8/2018 and after checking the tv, he said that there will be panel replacement of the tv. He took Rs. 920 as Service charges and Rs. 300 as transport charges. So he took a total of Rs. 1220 from us on the grounds that the tv will be picked for repair by some other person within 15 days and gave his contact number (9560130794) but no person came. I tried to contact Surya on 20/8/18, 21/8/18, 22/8/18, 7/9/18, 8/9/18, 10/9/18 almost 15 to 20 times everyday but he didn’t picked the calls. Then I tried to contact Videocon customer care on 01139404040 around 50 times. They reply that your tv panel part is pending upto the present date. They always replied that your complaint of the panel problem has been added as a reminder to head office and contact your service centre. They gave me the number of North Delhi Area head (Mr. Surender Rajput and Mr. Rupesh 7065022600). I tried to contact them but they never picked the phone. On 11/10/2018 Mr. Rupesh picked the phone and he said that the panel has come. After the telephonic conversation, he agreed to pick my tv from my house. He gave me the number of Monu and another person (9667386294, 9711351097). They took the tv from my house on 12/10/18. Mr. Rupesh said that the tv will come back in 8-15 days after repair.
I tried to call 01139404040 on 15/10/18 5 times but they replied that your complaint of the panel problem has been added as a reminder to head office and your part is pending.

I tried to call 01139404040 on 17/10/18 5 times but they replied that your complaint of the panel problem has been added as a reminder to head office and your part is pending.
I tried to call 01139404040 on 18/10/18 but they replied that your complaint of the panel problem has been added as a reminder to head office and your part is pending.
I tried to call 9350431112 on 20/10/18 10 times but they didn’t pick up the call.
I tried to call 9350431112 on 24/10/18 5 times but they didn’t pick up the call.

I tried to call 9350431112 on 10/11/18 - 31 times but they didn’t pick up the call. I went to personally check their service centre but there was no service centre there at Shri Bala Ji Services Authorised Service Centre (15/3, Indra Vikas Colony, Opposite Nirankari Public School, New Delhi 110009 Ph no. 9350431112).
On 10/11/18, I contacted the customer care (01139404040) and they gave me new address of Shri Bala Ji Services Authorised Service Centre – M3, Vishal Market, Tagore Park, GTB Nagar. I went on to check there but there was no service centre there.
On 12/11/18, I contacted Mr. Rupesh Area Head. He said to contact service centre in a rude manner.
On 15/11/18, I contacted the customer care (01139404040) and they said that we have forwarded your complaint and gave me another number of Area Incharge Mr. Vinay Shivastav 7065022513 and Mr. Sayyed 7065022551. I tried to call Mr. Vinay 10 times and Mr. Sayyed about 45-50 times but they didn’t pick up the call.
Then I approached to Monu (who pick up my TV) he said to me that your tv has been sent to our swaroop nagar service centre (5/24, Gali no. 7 Swaroop Nagar, Delhi-36) and service centre staff never picks up phone .
Then I approached 14.11.2018 National Marketing Head Mr. Abhishek (7065020893). He said that I forward your complaint to our senior and try to replace your tv within 15 days.But National Manager Mr Abhshek they didn’t pick up the call last 4 day.

I, Mr. Pradeep Shetty had taken Videocon TV on 9th October 2016 with a warranty period of 5 years.
In the month of June 2019 as the television was not properly working we called up the service person who informed that there is some problem in the panel which cannot be repaired from their end. He asked us to inform the company. On 7th July we raised a complaint at the company regarding the same. Its almost three and a half months that we are been given a reason that either the server is down or there is some technical issues. Inspite of regular follow up our issues have not been resolved. Currently, nobody is attending to the call.
Request you to let us know the status and when our complaint will be addressed.

I registered a complaint of Videocon 32 inch LED TV on 13th Dec. 2019 and it was approved on 16th Dec. 2019. I sent you a mail before it but there is no satisfactory action happen now. I call many times in your Service Center but they always reply to me the same. Please try to understand my situation and also provide me the address of nearest videocon service center address. I am helpless and try to understand the situation that I already told about my Mother. She is depressed because last year I lost my father so she feels better to watch some serial but because of it she is unable to watch TV and can be done wrong things.
Even we need to purchase another TV on loan of 13,000rs.
So, Please repair my LED Tv as soon as possible.

As seen of your reply, it's clear showing you all are people doing totally worthless Job.
I have filed a complaint in consumer forum, you will receive a notice sortly.
I don't understand that you all are making the fun or underestimate the customer. After 11 month of repeated communication with you, you have proved that you people are doing worthless job by using the customer care system a mockery platform to harass the customer and degrade the brand value of Videocon.
Again requesting to you, Please take the matter very seriously and solve the issue at the earliest otherwise this will no longer be a one to one communication and self will take it in broader platform, which may not be suitable to you.

Hi,
This is in regard to my refrigerator of your brand VIDEOCON which no one is ready to repair even the Videocon staff.
I’m from Central Delhi and I purchased a Videocon fridge a few years back and now the warranty has expired. Its been about 8-10 years since I bought (May be more I don’t have the bill anymore). Model number of my Fridge is Videocon (VNR B-50NH)
I have been facing am issue with the cooling since past three- four years. A couple of times your engineer has visited but was unable to rectify the problem but I had to pay for his charges.
Finally an engineer said its the problem of the gasket or the rubber beeding of the fridge that is creating an issue but he said its not available as its an old model so the gasket is not available.
Now the issue is I am unable to get the gasket anywhere but as the frodge is working fine otherwise then why just because of the gasket I should suffer and buy a new fridge. I request you to kindly look into this and get me a pair of gasket and rectify the problem. Its been a crazy ride here trying to get a set of gasket and make it properly functional.
I have spoken to your agents here in Delhi but no one is able to come and solve it.
I have been trying to file a complaint again and again but all in vein. They say company does not make it anymore. Such a big company must be keeping stock of raw material to solve the problems of people who have paid such high amounts and bought your products. At the time of selling you all give such sweet talks just to sell the product. But once sold you don’t even bother getting things repaired. I request you to take some action and get it repaired or else I will be left with no option but to put these things on social media and you will have to suffer big time.
Please do the needful at an earliest and oblige.

I have raised a service request on date 24/10/22 and i take the status of service request from call at 01204500600 & mail communication at cutomercare@vgmail.com all recoding & communication are available at me,
But your technician has been visited on date 24/10/21 and my product part PCB took away with him(i handed over rs730 service charge)after more communication he is not back after that he raises the service request for PCB on date 18/01/22 (three month later) ,
after that your service team member demand me Rs 6500 immediate pay with reparing the product & threat me if you are not paid , he told me i will closing the complaint , i have raise a question why you are raises the service request after three month later , He will threat me , i will close immediately,

(4) That my Videocon LED TELEVISION is yet under warranty and Company have failed to give any solution.
(5) That the Said piece is bearing manufacturing defect . It is pertinent to mention that this particular Model has been withdrawn from the market due to number of complaints about having manufacturing defect which is beyond repair .
(6) I Am giving my complaints in National consumer helpline 2 time My Ticket number was 3218817 and second Ticket number is 3232440
So please check my all complaint and give me e comprehension to close this complaint at soon as possible there will be a 15 days when you receive this complaint copy if not got any response so I will do a legal act of a court to avoid it soon close my complaint

Two days after they called they checked and repair cost around Rs-8000/ will come.I told him that time i don't have that much of money and will repair later.They returned and charged Rs.200for other charges also.
