Hi,
This is regarding not receiving paper in door step from the date of subscription.Attached the subscription details. I have raised this as complaints through phone call no action is been taken still now.If not able to provide paper in door step i need refund of full amount at the earliest since i have not received a single paper from the date of subscription.
I tried to contact the agent they informing like they throwed the paper in ground floor i am at second floor (Not sure who is taking the paper) since i am in shift i cannot notice who is taking from ground floor, looks other agents are providing paper at door step the customer care person informed they cannot transfer my subscription to the given agent
Please take action immediately i am a Hindu subscriber for last 3 years i have never faced this issue in past 3 years this is only happening in new location where i have shifted.
