    Sir myself S. Janifar soundarya resident 35A, periya Kani konar streets, Velandipalayam, coimbatore-25 we have filed a case in your court 18/2018 RCA and 2/2019 IA. Had more than 6 order pending dates. But today 1-3-2019 A.Mani senior bailiff along with many police officers and Village Officer without any information came to the above addressed resident while myself and my wife S.Janifar soundarya was not there our son alone was there broke my house and threw all my household things in the street. They haven't handover my things in court and we dont know where it is. In those things there are some original documents, money ,jewels of 24savaram ,ATM card, ration card id cards, air conditioner, two wheeler vehicle etc. And also in high court of Madras our stay petition was numbered as CRP no. 1498/2019 they haven't obeyed and working against high court. They are not letting us to appear ourself in court. Myself, my wife and son are now in street without any other cloths than we are wearing now. 613/2014 in 3ADJ we have filed a case against Gomathi (house owner relation) for that S.I Vasugi have stole 5lakhs. Our vehicle is on police station. We have given complaint to Human Rights, vigilance office
    So please praying you sir give us the proper way for legal approach in high court of Madras.Now we don't have any dress or any place to go so plz help us sir.

    வாட்ஸ் அப் மூலமாக தகவல் அளித்தும் குடிநீர் வாரிய அதிகாரிகள் எந்த ஒரு நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கவில்லை. குறிப்பாக 140வது வட்டத்தில் பணிபுரியும் உதவி பொறியாளர் உட்பட.

    இதுசம்பந்தமாக` 19.08.2019 அன்று பகுதி பொறியாளர் ரவீந்திரநாதனை அவருடைய அலுவலகத்தில் நேரில் சந்தித்து எப்படி மற்ற தெருக்களில் உள்ள வீடுகளுக்கு தாராளமாக தண்ணீர் வருகிறது ஆனால் பழைய மாம்பலம் தெருவில் மட்டும் தண்ணீர் வரவில்லை என கேட்டேன்.

    எனது அருகில் அமர்ந்து இருந்த துணை பகுதி பொறியாளரிடம் உடனடியாக என்ன பிரச்சினை என ஆராய்ந்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க சொன்னார். ஆனால் இதுநாள் வரை துனை பகுதி பொறியாளர் இந்த பக்கம் வந்தாரா என்பது கேள்விக்குறியே.

    நான் பகுதி பொறியாளரிடம் கடந்த டிசம்பர் மாதம் முதல் நாங்கள் வசிக்கும் பழைய மாம்பலம் தெருவில் தண்ணீர் வரவில்லை பிறகு எதற்கு நாங்கள் தண்ணீர் மற்றும் இதர வரிகளை கட்ட வேண்டும்.

    மேலும் லாரிகள் மூலம் அனுப்பும் தண்ணீரை பெற நாங்கள் பணம் கொடுத்து தான் பெற வேண்டி இருக்கிறது. லாரிகளில் மூலம் விநியோகம் செய்யும் தண்ணீருக்கு நாங்கள் பணம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என அரசு உத்தரவு ஏதாவது இருக்கிறதா ? இப்படி பொது மக்களிடம் வசூலிக்கப்படும் பணத்தில் குடிநீர் வாரிய அதிகாரிகளுக்கும் பங்கு உண்டா என கேட்டேன்.

    பகுதி பொறியாளர் ரவீந்திரநாதன் எந்த பதிலும் அளிக்காமல் இனி தண்ணீர் தாராளமாக வரும் என கூறினார். ஆனால் தண்ணீர் வரவில்லை.

    எனவே இந்த இமெயில் பெற்ற பதினைந்து ( 15 ) நாட்களுக்குள் 140வது வட்டத்தில் பழைய மாம்பலம் தெருவில் உள்ள வீடுகளுக்கு ஏன் தண்ணீர் வரவில்லை என கண்டறிந்து மற்ற தெருக்களில் தாராளமாக தண்ணீர் வருவது போல நாங்கள் வசிக்கும் பழைய மாம்பலம் தெருவிலும் தண்ணீர் வர நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

    இல்லாவிட்டால் தண்ணீர் மற்றும் இதர வரிகளை கட்ட மாட்டோம்.

    மேலும் இதுசம்பந்தமாக மாண்புமிகு நீதிமன்றத்தில் பொதுநல வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்யப்படும்.
