Hi Sir / Madam.
Complaint regarding payment not credited in my account.
Order ID: OD125190097854532000
I sold my Mobile phone on June 15 2022. After successfully checking the MI Redmi Y2 phone via flipkart, he said that the total Rs. 3100/- given via selling my phone.
Till today, I didn't get any money in my account. And your customer care person and its executive person tell me that you just wait. They have already discussed this matter with your concern department.
The important point is that in my invoice order, it's clearly mentioned that after successfully selling the product money has been credited within 12 to 24 hours into account.
Everyday, I have call customer care to solved out my problems but they give only one answer is Just wait our Team has been worked on your problems.
Today total 8 days has been completed and still i did not get my money in my account.
Hope you understand my problems. I request you to solve this problem today before 4 PM.
