Sir i send my steel box from Bhiwani jn. To Ernakulam jn. 12may 2018.Tkt no .96004467 via New Delhi. Sir i am defence person. My faimly stay with me .all home items are in tha box. We are serving 18may to till my box not recived by hotal and my son his 3 year old all affected due to not delivered my box. 500 to 700 rupees payed for several. Plz tell me how can solve this problem? Bhiwani station person said we had been send. New delhi station person said not recived. Ernakulam also said not recived. Where is my box. Who is responsibl Bhiwani station, New Delhi or Ernakulam jn. Plz sir find out this and send to Ernakulam jn. As soon as possible. Plz sir and take action against those who are in guilty. Pune santragachi humsafar express almost more then 8 hours let running. How i reach my home at mid night? Who is responsible for this let. It's a pathetic condition and very bad service from indian railways. Railway must be close this weekly express otherwise need to improve this service. Who will pay my all extra expenses with this journey and harrassment also! Very bad train
