MR.SACHIN K RAIKAR & SUBHASH AREA MANAGERS ARE VISITED OUR SCHOOL IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2017. THEY DISCUSSION WITH US AND CLOSE THE OLD BALANCE OF SMARTCLASS FOR RS.244500.00 AND THEY PROMISED TO US FOR REPAIR OR REPLACE THE NOT WORKING HARDWARE ITEMS BY EDUCOMP COMPANY SIDE. THAT TIME THEY COLLECTED A CHEQUE FOR CLOSE THE OLD BALANCE THAT CHEQUE IS ALREADY PASSED FOR FAVOUR OF EDUCOMP SOLUTIONS LTD DATE: 05-07-2017 CHEQUE NO: 103869 AMOUNT RS.244500.00. TIL NOW THEY DIDN'T GIVEN NOC FOR CLOSED OLD AGREEMENT.
AT THAT TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN MY SIGN FOR RENEWAL OF SMARTCLASS NEW AGREEMENT. THE SMARTCLASS RENEWAL CONSIDERATION FOR CONTENT TOTAL AMOUNT RS.199996.00 PERIOD 24 MONTHS. THEY COLLECTED TOTAL 6 CHEQUES FOR THAT AMOUNT. ONE CHEQUE IS ALREADY PASSED FOR CONTENT RENEWAL FAVOUR OF 'SMARTCLASS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PVT LTD' CHEQUE NO: 103863 DATE 17-07-2017 AMOUNT RS.25000.00 WITHOUT GIVEN SMARTCLASS CONTENT LICENSE. BUT TILL NOW THEY DIDN'T REPAIRED & REPLACE THE NOT WORKING HARDWARE ITEMS. WE ARE CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO THEY FOR SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THEY DIDN'T SUPPORT TO US. HERE PARENTS ARE BLAME TO US FOR SMARTCLASS. YOUR AREA MANAGERS ARE VERY NEGLECTED PERSONS. SO KINDLY SOLVE THE HARDWARE & SOFTWARE PROBLEMS SO DO THE NEED FULL HELP.

Syna International School, Katni has been cheated by your representatives by making false commitments at the time of signing MOU with your company. All that was promised was not written in MOU. UPS have not been supplied which were there in the earlier MOU. The hardware is not working properly. The appointed person by you has not been paid his salary for past 9 months. You are now harassing and torchering the school and the employee. The software has not been updated. Licenses have not been provided. The executives come and promise something new everytime. They are cheating the school. I am now forced to move out of the MOU signed and close all association with your company.
