Can you please tell me when you are verify my KYC . my koinex ID is TVKRIZ. Due to your delay my all amount is blocked . My account got rejected on 2nd January . I have create my account on 07/12/2017 and after 20–25 suddenly my account got rejected and it shows your KYC is under process , now its been almost 10 days my account still blocked KYC is not verified .
