i have a problem for booking gas when i booked the gas than it not recieved my application and say to contect to distibuter. so tell me what to do. -

I have submitted the Form4 along with a cancelled cheque and photo copy of the Bank Pass book on 30-12-2014.
I have received email from the Indane to submit form 4. They have given warning.
I have the acknowledgement slip.
Kindly look into the matter and oblige and save me from any trouble.

I submitted Form 4 along with the cancelled cheque and photocopy of the bank passbook of mine on 30-12-2014
I have the acknowledgement slip .
Indane sent me email the Form 4 has not been submitted to the bank by the distributor.
Kindly do so immediately and oblige.

Sub: Non-Delivery of the Refilled Cylinder
Sir,
I have to submit that I have an Indane Gas Connection with Customer No 10642. I registered for the refilling of the cylinder online on 10.2.2020with ref. no.2-0002021859440. On 12.2.2020 I received the message that the receipt of the same with No. S5-100217253748 for Rs. 730.50 has been issued.
Till today I have not received the refilled Cylinder. Here, I also want to mention that since 10.2.2020 till today I remain at home all the time.
I will be highly thankful if you do the needful.

Received massage "your booking 2-000296500097 has been cancelled due to Returned Thrice" whenever hawker has not visited delivery home. Pl look into the same and take necessary action. Therefore you are requested to send gas delivery.
