Good morning,

At 19:30am some one dropped a burger and 2 glasses of milk shake in front of gate 10. Only an hour before the boarding time for Thai airlines going to Bangkok.
There are three staff members at gate but no body called cleaner or covered the spillage to prevent any injury to passengers. I was told by gate staff that this not there job to clean when I asked them to call cleaner.
Its 10:40 now and finally it's just been cleaned by a cleaner.

I want to right this against GMR-DIAL staff specially for senior staff. They are not aware about the aviation sector its function, way to handle crowd, how to solve passenger problem.If GMR owner want to maintain his name in aviation sector need to replace their senior staff. They really don't know what's their duty on airport.In last I also want to mention some name of senior staff of whom I'm talking- MS. Kalpana Diwakar, Md. Omar siddiqui,mohd. Sheraz.

I called IGI airport enquiry call centre on 13th Oct'16 at around 3 p.m to enquire about my flight terminal. The call centre staff named RAViNDER was very rude and his tone was very unpleasent. Advice you to put him into rigorous refresher training as to how to talk to the customer in a polite way.

This is to kindly bring to your notice that behavior of the costume officers in delhi airport is extremely bad. My luggage was missed by emirates airlines while my travel from dubai to delhi. They send my luggage the other day ( 13th Jan 2016). The customs did not release the luggage. They did not call n informed us also. WE called them to inquire about our laggage only to found out custom officers have it. My husband went to airport. If any officer wants to check any luggage that is fine, as they are doing their duty. To harress my husband by picking out all ladies stuff in front of 10-20 ppl is unacceptable. Asking silly question like " why clothes t neatly placed in transparent plastics ?" is stupidity. Is concept of dry cleaning is so foreign them? If they find anything suspicious ask directly or take action with some decency. There is absolutely so need for unnecessary taunts n comments. The airport staff didn't even apologize for there mistake of leaving my luggage. They didn't even call to inform us about hold my bag.
It's very disappointing to see educated officers behaving like illiterate n uncultured people.

I have a question and could not find a toll free number. I am flying into your airport and have made a reservation at the holiday inn. I am coming from USA. My travel companion lives in Delhi. We are staying the night in the the room and then taking spice jet next day to destination. Is there somewhere he can sit near where plane lets people off so I can meet him easily?

Received reply from Indra Gandhi Airport authorities where they have confirmed all my allegations at the same time have shamelessly given lame excuses to continue to support such daylight loot from public..
My allegations in the complain were.
1.) There is no drinking water point in entire first floor and ground floor food court and shopping area of many thousand sq. feet. (Confirmed in the reply )
2.) Public is forced to buy Drinking water bottle in food court area. ( Confirmed in reply )
3. Himalayan band (only monopoly brand being sold inside the food court area ) Drinking water bottle is being sold at exorbitant price of Rs. 50 for 1/2 liter. ( Confirmed in reply )

Three water points are available in Security Hold Area departure level and two (2) water fountains are available at Boarding Gate area. Water facility at food court level is available through concessionaire on payment basis. It is not feasible to install drinking water fountains at food court due to space constrain.
Management is carefully planning the following to meet the traffic demands & manage space constrain -
1. Commissioning of T2 (to accommodate the enhanced load of T1D) is being done on priority, expected to be operational in the month of February 2016. Subsequently few flights will be shifted thereby reducing the passenger load at 1D.
2. Expansion of T1D is in design stage; once finalized the project work will start soon, once completed it will give a complete new experience to our guests.

I was travelling through Delhi airport, I heard in the airport that the airport is a silent airport so that they don't announce any information as needed. We have to change to 3 to 4 different gates and until we asked no one inform the delay of the flights and no one inform the gate changes information also. this is very inconvenience to the passengers. I heard from many foreign passengers that this is very bad and insulting the indian airport. I wish the problems will be rectified in the future.

A cisf personnel misbehaved with me.he was giving me dialogue delivery like SAMANDAR ME RAHKAR MAGARMACH SE BAIR MAT KRNA. He also pushed me after the complete check.i want to take this further to the next level where personnel like him can be punished.

As I was in a rush for emergency to reach jaipur I didn't approach the seniors

I am student of mbbs pursuing it from china.....today its my flight at 2:40....i am still at Airport.....being a gal i was never thought to be treated like this....juss before couple of hours...while measuring my luggage weight, (that was overweight) staff treated me so badly(specialy manager)....i was asked to pay the penalty and i was ready to pay that....but the weight measures differences at entry and at counter....whn i asked about descrepency , the manager treated and talked to me in such a rude and voilent manner. It was a shameful act from your staff to be treated like this juss for sake of money.....you are requested to teach some sense....how to talk specially to gals....i will be highly obliged....I didnt notice the name of that person....but that was from haryana. and i entered in front of domestic airport.....please sir/madam do something. i will be highly obliged.

I came to India dated on 22nd February 2017 from Toronto. I was going to Ahmedabad but my immigration clearance and customs process destination was Delhi International Airport.
Big mistake is done on my password by immigration department, they stamped wrong date on my passport.Immigration department mentioned 22nd February 2016 instead of 22nd February 2017. Right year is 2017 but they mentioned 2016. This is very big and ridiculous mistake and it is done by responsible department of India.
I request you that please improve this mistake and do process on this sensitive matter.

hello sir,I am Rishabh Goel, I am a Deck Officer in Merchant Navy. I was out of country from 15 September2016 to 27 February 2017.My Passport Number is M7989518 and as i was out of country during the period of demonetisation and being a NRI, i am obliged to change old currency upto 25000 rupees once from RBI branch but while coming back home from sea i was having 24000 rupees old currency and not known to the fact that i need to declare it in airport custom department to get Declaration certificate as per RBI norms.

I have been to RBI delhi branch but because of no declaration certifate my request for old currency exchange was cancelled.
Please help me in getting that certificate or to provide the address where i can send this query. your positive reply would be greatly appreciated.
