    in 8527809966 G3 with 1 GB mobile internet activated on 03/11/2015, charges included in period of bill ending 04/11/2015. Please arrange to send a rectified bill on defined plan rates so that same is respected in time.

    I have taken a plan of rs.399 but the bill has come of rs.1385. first we have plan of rs.499 then we changed to rs.399. I have visited to airtel office many times but I didn't get any respond. now I am complaining here. many people come everyday to airtel branch and complain there. airtel have no respond. i think you should work on your service not advertising fake adds. I think Vodafone is much better than airtel. last week they give me 1 GB free, so pls improve airtel sevice

    I am a customer of Airtel for more than 15 years .

    Day before yesterday suddenly after 11pm, no service is available to my mobile number 9810741089.

    I approached the customer care centre at New Delhi and they asked me to get a new sim, that was done. But, still now service is not restored.

    I would be grateful, if you could kindly do the needful.

    Without any fault on my side and without any intimation, taking away service like this is arbitrary. I will reserve my right to claim damages to the service provider.

    1. I was allotted SIM No.8991101706134481425U at 13:20 Hours by paying Rs.25/- on 17.11.17 by M/s. Aurotel Communications, Rakesh Deep Building, 11, Yusuf Sarai Commercial Complex, New Delhi-110049, as the old SIM was not working.

    2. I was told by M/s. Aurotel that SIM will start functioning within four hours.

    3. As it did not happen till 1800 Hrs., Complaint No.81175313 was lodged on 17.11.17 evening.

    4. Outcome is NIL so far.

    5. Hope you are not compelling me to surrender your company pre-paid, post-paid, digital tv and broadband connections with me.

    6. In case of service is not provided by 1300 Hours today, I will also be compelled to refer the matter to TRAI.

    My airtel sim has been blocked by your company because my sim has issued on thr name and your dealer do spelling mistake in my name so your company blocked my sim.and they do not give any valod good solution to me.they said that u port your number from prepaid to postpaid than after 90 days your sim report on prepaid.but they said thay minimin 399 rs recharge for portal in postpaid.so i wamt my sim open as soon as possible in prepaid.i dont want to use postpaod and give money for your postpaid recharge.so please give me soltuion as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir, with great displeasure this is brought to your notice that my complaint number 03079725908 dated 20th Aug 2018. Is not resolved.
    Mr. Lokesh 9650878175 came and changed set top box after payment of Rs. 350 and took old box at 1300h. stated that by 1600 TV will start.
    Mr. Ramji yadav 9210064696 senior to Mr. Lokesh was contacted at 1910 for the same and he responded by 2000 TV will start but failed. On repeated call he gave number of his superior Mr. Sandeep 9810213846 who on contacting said Sir by another 2 hours TV will function. Today made number of calls to Mr. Sandeep but of no use. Till this time Set top box is not working and we are deprived from watching TV. Where as already all subscription and visit charges Airtel is making money with. My customer ID is 3009482609 and am using it since 2009. Such customer service is compelling me to switch over to other service provider. Hope you could be able to resolve the issue or can have courage to tell me better to change service provider.

    I am very sad with your network there is not available 4G network and I am suffering from this problem since last one week. I am using upgraded 4G Postpaid network, I talked with Airtel executive 4 time but problem not resolved. They sent only setting and saying that it will resolve after this setting which is attached below. If problem will not be resolve I will change network after 3 months into network.
    This is inform to you also I (paid each)

    I think I am fool who is using your network if you will do better for me than I will happy otherwise don't need to advertise in any social site network that your services are better than other.

    Please resolve if you have any solution otherwise ask to everyone who is using Airtel network and suggest them to change their network.

    (Vodafone is better but I med mid mi I changed Vodafone beqyaz VAS added )
