Complaint Nexus 5 rebooting

My Nexus5 phone is rebooting again & again on its own. If it starts then suddenly gets off. When pressing power button it reboots & again switch off. After many attempts it switches on and may work for 1 min to 1/2 hr then suddenly switches off.
What can be the problem?
How much time will it take to rectify if i send it to service center.
