Battery is not in working condition. So I want new battery and my mobile is karbon A6 2012 model

Good morning sir this to inform you that I have brought the karbon mobile phone in august month of 2016 through the online process .I am face lot of issues regarding phone the battery backup was not good and now recently the shortcut keys on the display was not sliding if I want to on or off the data ,sir kindly requested you that plz prove the suggetion
