Mera Acaunt tej application se nahi conekt ho rha hai

Last friday i deposit my check in mahipalpur branch i m using my salary account but till now i didnt got any cradit in my account i try to call customer care but all not are not valide i just want to know that why its delay and why your customer service is not in working condition please reply me asap
