Lenovo phone charger over heating, even i tried some another charger. Its get over heating. Recently i have serviced the same phone from hcl touch.

They replaced OS although problem persist . Kindly help.

Lenovo A6000 Plus is blank. When I tried to charge the phone, no indicating of charging. It is blank through out.

The mobile was bought through flipkart on 5th May 2015.

I have given a Lenovo P780 for repair since the power switch is not working and my mobile comes under the warranty period.they said that they will replace the power switch and will call me in seven working days.the date on which I have given the mobile for repairis on 23-09-2015.It has been nearly a month and the service centre is not picking up the landline phone and there is no email to enquire this further.i need to escalate this issue further.never have I seen any irresponsible customer care like this Hcl Touch,Ground Floor,Habeeb Towers,No.196(Old No.756),Vasan Avenue,Anna Salai,Chennai.

Please see to that that this issue is resolved at the earliest possible time...

I have purchased the Lenova k3 note mobile through flipkart on 20/08/2015. The first week itself while charging the phone, phone got heat. Lastweek while we are charging the Error is coming "connect the charger".
