    1. I am a pureit customer since August 2014, a so called reputed product of Hindustan Unilever.

    2. After sales the company is over depended on outside vendors. It seems the company is not having any control over these vendors.

    3. My request to the company to send a representative to check the genuineness of the spares put by the vendor is yet to be heard. Since last one month I am requesting.

    4. During June 2023 the machine was not getting started and the vendor forced me to entire electrical system costing at Rs 2500. After a week again some problem proped up. He advised me to change the pump which I refused and asked the company to send another technician and he found there is no issue. Till this time the pump is working.

    5. I have taken the above issues with the company and asked them to check the genuineness of the vendor. Till this time I have not received any reply.

    6. I have asked the company to ensure that the machine is in working condition for one year from the date of service including service charge and cost of spares, as a compensation for the vendor's Fraudulent misrepresentatio. Now the gkk1 is to be replaced. No response from the company.

    7. I will put the difficulties I am facing from the company side and put it social media platforms and ensure that atleast 1000 prospective customers withdraw from their decisions.

    Once again I request the company act for the customer, or be prepared to close this product very shortly.
