Every month, it's a big struggle to get thru all 4 numbers mentioned above. Either they are busy (kept aside don't know) or not picked up even when you are lucky to get thru the call. Don't know how to book cylinders, even and booking repeatedly fails.

I am user of Bharat Gas since past 13 yrs; previously Shanti Gas services was my Cylinder provider for 12 years who never ever gave any problem in respect of delivery, response on phones; & any other related matters.
Since past 6 months, due to shift in address & location, my account moved to Ravi Gas Agency - and I have been facing problem with them since then.. the major ones are
1. They NEVER EVER respond on the phone inspite of having so many phone numbers
2. the delivery man doesn't carry the weighing machine.

Kindly bring to their notice that Customer Care numbers are suppose to be responded & not to be ignored.

Just because we do not have any choice that doesn't mean we are taken for granted.

I had booked Cylinder under booking#174694 on Friday from my authorized distributor Ravi Gas Service and today is 5th day however delivery had not happened till date. Whenever I try to reach distributor they do not reply to the phone call. Can you please look into the same as this is happening for 3rd time in last 2months and is not acceptable.

We have bought a cylinder from ravi gas agency , now our cylinder is getting leak , we tried calling emergency number of ravi gas agency but they are not ready to help .
they said your cylinder is transferred to some other agency located in boom plaza but on google itself we are unable to locate any number of boom plaza gas agency
Now no one s helping and we are facing problem cylinder is getting leaked.

Sir, I am coming tomorrow for surrendering my gas connection due to change in my job location from Gurgaon to Bahadurgarh.

Please let me know if it is possible soon. The numbers of Ravi gAs service is always remaining busy or not reachable.

I would like to state that I did not receive my cylinder till date.. I have done the booking on 12/12/18. I would call the distributors and everytime they would say to be delivered tomorrow.. I have a sick sister at home suffering from typhoid due to which I cannot order food from outside.. This is not acceptable at your end.. Please look into the matter as soon as possible
