Sir/madam when was the released results.... please tell me date sir / madam

I have back log in 2nd semester nd I have written the exam three months ago sir.. but still the results are not released.... Due to COVID my degree got to 4 year.. but now your delay in 2nd semester results is affecting my career badly... So please release atleast supplementary results of 2nd semester... I am requesting you sir...
