1. ચાલુ ફરજ દરમ્યાન અવસાન પામનાર કર્મચારી ના કુટુંબ ના સભ્ય ને આશ્રીત તરીકે નોકરી મા નિમણુંક આપવાની નિતી ફરી શરુ કરવામા આવે.
2. સને ૨૦૦૬ મા ફીકસ પગાર ની નિતી પહેલા બહોળા પ્રમાણ મા કર્મચારીઓ ની ભરતીમા મોટા ભાગે સ્વ. કર્મચારીઓ ના આશ્રીતો ને નિમણુંકો આપવામા આવેલ હોય,સને ૨૦૦૬ ની નિતી પહેલા ના તથા ત્યાર બાદ ના ફીકસ પગાર ના કર્મચારીઓ ને નિમણૂક ની તારીખ થી જ પુરા પગારમાં સમાવવા મા આવે.
3. CPF ના બદલે GPF ચાલુ કરવા તથા ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા ( પેન્શન) નિયમો – ૨૦૦૨ હેઠળ આવરી લઇ તમામ કર્મચારીઓ ને પેન્શનપાત્ર ગણવામા આવે.
4. પંચાયત વિભાગ હસ્તક ની કચેરીઓ મા સિનીયર કલાર્ક ની જગ્યા મંજુર કરવામા આવેલ છે જેને નાયબ ચીટનીશ સંવર્ગમા અપગ્રેડ કરી નાયબ મામલતદાર ના પગારઘોરણ સમકક્ષ કરવામા આવે તથા તે મુજબ આનુસાંગિક લાભો આપવામા આવે.
5. સરકારશ્રીની ફીકસ પગાર ની નિતી અન્વયે કર્મચારી ની તરફેણમાં નામ. ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ ચુકાદા નો અમલ સત્વરે કરવામાં આવે તેમજ રાજય સરકાર ઘ્વારા નામ. સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટ મા કરવામાં આવેલ અપીલ સત્વરે પરત ખેંચવામાં આવે તેવી નમ્ર વિનંતિ છે.
6. ગુજરાત વિકાસ સેવા વર્ગ-ર મા તાલુકા વિકાસ અઘિકારી તરીકે બઢતી મળવા માટે અગાઉ ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ સિનીયર કલાર્ક ને ફીડર કેડરમા સમાવવામા આવે તેમજ હાલ મા સિનીયર કલાર્કમાંથી બઢતી મેળવી નાયબ ચીટનીશ સંવર્ગમા ફરજ બજાવતા કર્મચારીઓ ને પણ સિનીયર કલાર્ક તરીકે ની તેમની સેવાઓ ને બઢતી માટેની ફીડર કેડર ના અનુભવ માટે ગણવામા આવે તથા નાયબ ચીટનીશ સંવર્ગનુ ઉચ્ચતર પગારઘોરણ ની પાત્રતા તારીખ થી અથવા નાયબ ચીટનીશ તરીકે બઢતી મળી હોય તે બે માં થી જે વહેલુ હોય તેને તાલુકા વિકાસ અઘિકારી ની બઢતી માટે અનુભવ મા ઘ્યાને લઇ બઢતીઓ આપવામા આવે તથા વિસ્તરણ અઘિકારી ( ખેતી ) તથા વિસ્તરણ અઘિકારી ( સહકાર ) ને તેમના વિભાગ મા બઢતી આપવામા આવે તથા તાલુકા વિકાસ અઘિકારી ની બઢતી માટેની ફીડર કેડરમાંથી તેમને બાકાત કરવામા આવે.
7. કેન્દ્ર સરકાર ઘ્વારા કર્મચારીઓ ને ચુકવવામા આવતા મેડીકલ, ઘરભાડા ભથ્થુ, ઇત્યાદી તમામ ભથ્થાઓ મુજબજ તમામ કર્મચારીઓ ને આ ભથ્થાઓ ચુકવવામા આવે તેવી વિનંતિછે.
8. કેન્દ્ર સરકાર ઘ્વારા જુલાઇ-૨૦૧૭ ના માસથી નિયત કરેલ મોંઘવારી ભથ્થુ સત્વરે રોકડમા ચુકવવા વિનંતિ.

On 16/06/2018, Gujarat CM Shri Vijay Rupani had inaugurated new railway over-bridge at Ranip area of Ahmedabad. After one hour of inauguration, the authority had closed the GST Railway crossing without any notice or discussion with local public.

The problem is not with the closing of railway crossing but the way it was being closed like India-Pakistan border. The authority is so insensitive that they seal the crossing with wired fencing, road was broken and digging was done using JCB. There was no gap or small road left for crossing the railway. They are totally isolating the both area.

I want to let you know that, everyday 1000 school students, public, women needs to cross railway for day to day activity like vegetable shopping, going to school, temple etc. Students have to or made them to go by over-bridge which increases 2-3 Km distance by bicycles. And this was done by keeping in mind the old disputes by railway authority and municipal corporation.

I request you to look into the matter and come to visit GST Railway crossing to know the truth and made the authority aware of it.
