    I am Harsh R patel worked in AMAR CARS PVT LTD. at Valak patiya surat Gujarat seals persaon . I had resigned the company from his post in10th april 2019. The company had asked me to pay the money (incentive) after 1 month. But the company is refusing to pay money (incentive) after 1 month. While I had cleared all the dues before giving the resignation. Yet the company is not giving me my 1 incentive. So, I request to you please give me some solution for my incentive.

  • Complaint for new vehicle late delivery

    I am a Government School Teacher. I am on 2nd March .. ABT Maruti Suzuki show room, METTUPALAYAM. TAMILNADU. 641301. I had booked the ERTIGA Vxi CNG (White) vehicle for ₹ 11000 in the showroom located at the address. Then on June 1st the vehicle will arrive and the sales manager of the showroom told me to pay the money. I paid ₹ 1.39L (30000 + 30000 + 79000) on the 24th of May. Then, on May 31st I paid ₹ 921350 through INDUSIND BANK car loan. I have now fully paid for the car delivery. On June 1 I went to the showroom and approached the sales manager. He told me not to go to the coimbatore district head branch and ask. I went there and saw sales manager Fredrick and told him the thing. He sent word that the vehicle would arrive on June 20th. Today is June 19th. The call did not come until this. They keep wandering. My father was recently hit by a 3 phase line electric shock and is struggling with serious injuries all over his body. We travel 40 km by auto once a week and take him for medical treatment. It would be convenient for us if the vehicle was delivered on time as stated by their Maruti Suzuki company. It is very worrying to get rid of it and keep your customers wandering and treat it so low quality. In one more week I will get the car EMI ₹ 17800. For a vehicle that does not arrive, I am going to pay the EMI in the coming month. You have to answer for this. I lost the confidence I had over their company. Please do not lie to us and tell us that tomorrow will come and tomorrow will come the next day.Telling the truth, I kindly request you to make available to us the booked vehicle as soon as possible.

    Dear BRD,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding two issues I have encountered with your company's services. Firstly, I have not yet received the exchange bonus promised during the purchase of my new vehicle, Iginis delta. Secondly, there has been a significant delay in the transfer of ownership for my old vehicle, [wagon r], which I traded in during the purchase.

    Details of the issues:

    Exchange Bonus:

    On [02/07/2023], I purchased a new [Iginis delta] from [BRD CHALAKKUDY], and the sales representative (Mr BABU)assured me of an exchange bonus as part of the deal.
    However, it has been [6months] months since the purchase, and I have not received the exchange bonus as per the agreement.
    Ownership Transfer:

    As part of the same transaction, I traded in my previous vehicle, [wagon r], with the understanding that the ownership transfer would be completed in a timely manner.
    Unfortunately, the ownership of my old car has not yet been transferred to the new owner, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
    I kindly request your immediate attention and resolution of these issues. I believe in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction, and I hope to see a swift resolution to these matters.

    Please provide me with a timeline for when I can expect the exchange bonus to be credited, as well as the status of the ownership transfer for my old vehicle.

    If these issues are not addressed promptly, I may have no choice but to escalate this matter further.
