I have been using Ion internet for almost 3-4 years and had Intermittent issues which was bearable. For last one year the service seems to be pathetic. Internet is either slow or not working. I had logged case with the support team but they use to close the ticket without any confirmation or RCA for the issue. I have also complained on the tickets being closed without any acknowledgement but still no change. Now for last one week my net is not working and they are not even bothered to get it rectified. The engineer came look into my router and went off without saying anything. When I called him he said there is one customer from where they have taken the power connection is out of town because of which the net is not working. Is this the way the support is given are we paying for such poor service where th customer are being harassed so much for such poor service.
I stay in kamothe sector 18 and I guess the service provider over here is unable to manage the service properly.
Not sure if any action will be taken by you guys but thought of highlighting it. My money is wasted on such poor service it don't want someone else to fall a prey like me.

I had referred two relatives to get the ion service in March 2020. There names were
1.Smt Ritu Saxena residing at Panvel
2. Smt SONAL Saxena residing at Airoli.
Both connections were provided but referral amt I.e Rs 500/- each has note been credited in my account.
Today I am renewing my account as it is due on 28.09.2020. But I observed that only Rs 500/- has been credited in my account in place of Rs 1000/-.
Kindly check and do the needful.

i would like to raise a complaint against khopoli staff member name VAIBHAV. The guy name Vaibhav is actually a very rude guy he never talk properly and today when my Sister call him at the morning he was very rude to her at the phone and always asking for money for any technical and shifting charges. The guys name Vaibhav when ever we have any issues regarding aur internet he always say that i dont have any staff Member at the moment they all have taken the holiday. Once we call him at the morning after 3/4 days the technical team come they say that we didn't receive your complent from vaibhav aur we were not at the work. in that 3/4 days the internet didn't even work . If you dont wanna send the technical team then why you guys take the complent from us.
And today at the morning he misbehave with my sister at the phone call and he said I'll send the technical team in half n hours its almost 8 hours he is not picking up the phone call and today we are going to police station compliant against Mr. VAIBHAV FROM KHOPOLI. And i would love you tell you that your I-On team from khopoli is disgusting. When ever we go to there office in Khopoli they says we will send you the technical team in half n hours but they dont. They not even come the present day we always have to call them to please visit our place and they come after 3 to 4 days And there excuses are we forgot, we didn't even realise what time is it now etc...
And please You also take some streak action against Mr. Vaibhav Other wise we are going to khopoli police station to complaint against him of his misbehaving with females and never visited on time with technical team. We work from home online and the internet didn't even work and he didn't give our any type of extension on our internet connection.
