    Sir,
    I am a resident of Dharwad in Karnataka Pin Code 580001.
    My BSNL land-line number is 0836-2475055 with broadband internet connection, the internet is getting disconnected frequently for long periods, whenever I complain the local staff come and checkup and restore, but again it fails, I am tired of complaining and fed up... Kindly depute some senior officer and rectify to get uninterrupted service
