I purchased samsung a30 mobile with exchange and emi offer but I did not receive it till today delivery was due on 14nth of June.. i have not received any message about refund and . I would like to say i was receiving message on ph no 9415541198. Second issue is that I erased all data from my j5 phone so that i could return it. i am now not in position to log in Amazon account. i am an old customer of amazon. my two address are reg shikha verma 2/99 janakipuram ext, lucknow-226021 & tm5 CSIR colony, 26 Tagore Marg , Lucknow-226007. please inform me about refund or possible delivery of product.

That I have purchased through amazon 1 pieces HP Laser 108a Printer Sold by: Appario Retail Private Ltd vide order (# 405-0513634-4396354) placed on 14 June 2020 and paid 8,499.00 for it. However, when I received it on 18.06.2020, and tried to install by my computer engineer with wireless (wi-fi) it was noticed that it cannot connect wireless whereas in advertise it was stated to be wireless connection. In this regard when I tried to return it could not show as returned. Therefore, it is requested that the same be returned and either the amount be refunded or it may be replaced by wireless model 108w or some other in the same range and raise invoice for difference amount so that I may pay. Further the seller again sent 108a which is not a wireless printer which was cancelled by me, but the said printer travelled to Lucknow and returned from Lucknow. However, the printer with me was not picked up. Therefore, it is requested that the same be picked up from me and the refund be initiated. Please act accordingly and inform.

Respected sir, i have purchased two item from amazon. One Sandisk ulta sd card with adaptor and one machpro wifi. Camera. After recieving the camera i have fixed the sd card in the camera with adaptor. But accessories of the camera was missing, so i could not be able to operate the above. After that the camera was packed by my minor son in packet without removing sd card from that. The collection boy come to collect the same on my return request. And picked the camera with sd card by mistake.
There fore you are requested to return my sd card as soon as possible please.
