    After pardoning several blunders and flaws, it is now intolerable which makes us to reach you in this way. Getting straight to the complaints, following are few of several grievances:

    On 5th August 2018, we handed over the car at the service centre and mentioned on what additional attention must be given. After a long period of 22 days, i.e. on 27th August 2018, I was called to collect the car. As we were busy in work life schedule we had a brief check on the car and trusted Toyota for the rest. But trusting the Toyota made us suffer a lot. Air conditioning was not working in proper order even after servicing.

    For above mentioned problem, we were called to submit the car back at the service centre which happened to be on 19th September 2018. And we collected the car back on 22th September 2018. But hereafter, instead of solving our problems, service centre added few more. In addition to the cooling issue, we found that the horn wasn’t working and the pen-drive slot was tampered too. We did get cooling issues twice in 4 months even after repeatedly visiting Toyota Service Centre. Horn issue was occurring only after the service centre worked on the steering leather replacement.

    Now, for these recent issues, we had to take an off from our work life on 3th October 2018 and re-visit the service centre. Even after enormous sacrifice of our valuable time, we were made to wait for 5 hours just to hear their simple decision of changing the coil. Service centre personnel said the coil is damaged, and it would cost approx Rs.14,500.

    After few days, we received a call from service centre saying that the coil will be charged around Rs.12,000( labour charges won’t be applicable). And later in the day, another call from service centre was saying that the coil will be provided to you in a no-profit deal of Rs.9,500.

    The question arising here is, even if we are valued, trusted and loyal customer, why are we facing several glitches in and after every servicing visit? And if we were supposed to be offered so much discount on coil on the same basis, then why did the service centre charged us Rs.14,500 at first and then kept on reducing the cost as they realized the it was their service personnel’s fault.

    In short, being a Toyota customer, we are unsatisfied since we observed several times that whenever our vehicle is submitted for servicing , some other fault in our vehicle arises which unreasonably bears us heavy charges. It seems that it has been the practice of your service centre to harass their customers by loading heavy charges for those recurring repairs. How one can believe or how one will be able to submit the vehicle at company’s service centre trustfully.

    Commercial motor bareilly में हमने minor accident claim के लिए claim form भरा था only tyre and rim change होने का issue था।जिस पर commercial motor bareilly ने हमारी गाडी up 25 CT 8044 अपने यहा जमा करा ली।आज क्लेम का difference amount 2000 भी जमा करा लिये गये। लेकिन हमारी गाडी release नहीं कर रहे है 4दिन से परेशान किया जा रहा है

    Hi, My name is Amrut bhai I purchase Inovacrysta for infinium Toyota Mahesana My Car is service in showroom car no is GJ08BN 7722●. When my car last service in your showroom. Then service executive no inform me your front break pad is running then I go to travel then break is fail and my car is accident in a road. Mistake is service , executive inform me your break pad is not proper work change your break pade. This is mistake of deler and executive.

    My Camry had some little problem of getting slightly pulled on one side during driving inspite of changing some bushings as desired by authorized service center at PUNE- Sharayu Toyota at Thathawade. The vehical was accepted by the service center with proper Job card.One fine morning the manager came to my office and declared that the car engine has been completely damaged accidently, while driving test; during which sudden gush of huge water wave entered the car from front grill.They did say it was there fault.
    But now, they are claiming I have to bear atleast 50% percent chages (around 2.5 lakhs) since their insurance company is paying only 50%. This is preposterous ! How am I to be responsible for their obvious mistake or accident at their hand? They are sitting with my vehical since 4th November doing nothing.
    Innumerable, mails to VOC- their complaint registration email id- have so far resulted into only typical response and nothing more. No body at Kirlosker- Toyota wants to take into consideration the complaint.
    The Sharayu Toyota neither even bothered to provide any alternative vehicle too.

    I have been trying to purchase a new toyota corolla 2021 in Egypt. They refuse to give me the car and they tell me just to wait without giving me a specific time to take my car although I paid all the money in cash and they still refuse to give me the car with papers. I tried several times to complaint in toyota Egypt but they refuse to collaborate and they don’t do anything about it. Please if you can help me let me know, thank you in advance.

    On 16th November 2020, at 3:30 PM a Toyota Innova with REGNO :- KL E 8287 when we was at pala had wheel bearing and was unable to travel with the car. Hence, we moved the car to recovery in Nippon Kottayam Service centre. There advisor Mr Akhil informed us that the car’s hub unit was needed to be replaced. That being so as per Mr Akhil’s advice everything was replaced.

    After replacing all the parts, the ABS warning light wasn’t off, the break was spongy and even the Kottayam service centre didn’t screw the bumper properly. Without doing anything properly the bill was charged for the above for replacement and repair. WE THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND PAID THE BILL BECAUSE WE TRUSTED TOYOTA!!!! The bill is attached along.

    When there was a feedback call from Nippon ernakulam head office we already informed this issue. On the same day, we thought of consulting it with Kollam Nippon Toyota as we are Kollam based. On the way to Kollam when a vehicle was overtaking a truck from the opposite side due to spongy break our car was hit to the truck. OUR CAR BECAME A TOTAL LOSS!!! DUE TO YOUR CARELESSNESS TWO PEOPLE ARE NOW SERIOUSLY INJURED AND HOSPITALISED!!

    We already informed this issue to head office and Kottayam service centre but they’re not even replying.

    WE NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It’s all due to the carelessness caused by Kottayam service centre.

  • Dublin Toyota dealership - can not reach any management to solve cancellation

    I bought a camry from them 2 years ago and are having problems with cancelling their extended warranty. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages with their receptionist, office manager and finance department. No one have called me back yet. I called them at the end of May and it's August. My cancellation is still pending.

    i have by innova crystal 2021 model bs6 my vehicles number is GJ08CG4786 in my car first problem is DPF FILTER FULL VISIT TO DEALER
    in this error i have gone 3 time showroom but they have not told in 1/2 error that your injecter is in problem and 3 error came they have cange my car injecter for that problem now is working DPF i have not driven 5000km now diesal filter is error coming REPLACE FUEL FILTER now they can change fuel filter also but i have give fuel filter charge something 2200/- new filter but sir we are not driven properly 5000km and we have gone for showroom 4/5 time for problem our mind is not staisfied aour is is new ya old

    Dear sir/madam I purchased Toyota Yaris. from Rajesh Motors Tonk Road Jaipur Rajasthan. Sir while driving I got a msg on the dash board check engine contact dealer i immediately contacted the dealer and they picked up my car RJ45CP7070 on 16th June now they say that catalytic converter is to be changed and I have to pay for this my car has 3 yrs warranty and the car is lying with them till date and they are not replacing the part .

    Sir,
    This is to inform you, that I am stunned after purchasing a FORTUNER CAR from your dealer Uttam Toyota Rewari on dated 6-5-2022. This Car is showing DPF error problem every now and then, I am residing at kotputli Rajasthan and using the vehicle here, almost 70 kilometer away from rewari. This vehicle number HR 36 AM 0777 starts showing DPF Error in between the way. And this movement it is very difficult for me to postpone or cancel or the presettled programmes. On facing this type of problems I had to deliver this car TWO times at your company ‘s workshop Uttam Toyota Rewari. whether they tried to solve the problem properly or not. But the DPF problem is still there. How will it be solved at the earliest, because the car is still standing at my house parking due to the DPF Error problem. I have spent almost 30,000/- in just two rounds.
    Daily failure:- on 15-10-2022 I was on the way to Mathura and DPF error problem started, it was conveyed to Uttam Toyota Rewari, but they replied rudely. On reaching Arawali Toyota Alwar they solved the problem immediately and cooperatively but on 16-10-2022 while returning from Mathura to kotputli the same problem occurred. On being Sunday on 16-10-2022 the management of Arawali Toyota Alwar solved the problem again.
    Now finally I want to get rid of this DPf problem. You please, either solve this DPF errors problem permanently and immediately or Replace this Car.
    Now I am not able to bear any more physical mental and monetary harassments.

  • Getting messages for Toyota car service & I do not have Toyota car

    Since more than 10 years I am getting SMS messages from multiple service across India. I had only Toyota Corolla & which is also sold. Vadodara dealer tried to correct in the system but could not.How can be so many cars on my number? I doubt some kind of fraud happening in your system.
