I have 6 months warranty ,I have bought Ivoomi ME3s on October 26th,2017.plz do the needful to me or send the new battery to me.

I buy ivoomi mobile through flipkart.after few days phones display become complaint.i try to contact service center in my city according to the information from customer care but it is inactive.several times i contact custamer care.but no response from them.now iam going to make a complaint in consumer court.

I have purchased a new phone ivoomi Me 3s in the month of October 2017 from Flipkart. But it is not working properly. I went several time to service centre placed at Nirman vihar. But they are able to repair the same. Meanwhile it's bettery also not working and your service centre refused to give the new bettery. Even after calling several times at your toll free number but no one responds the same. Pleasee needfulful otherwise I have to knok the door of consumer court.

They say As Per Your Job sheet then i Track DTDC its deliverd So i again call To local cutomer care they Say we receive only speker part not get Motherboad In normal A cost of Speaeker is Just Rs-10 to 20/- Then I ask any idea When I get My phone Back then Simple says No Idea most OF handseat is wih us more then six Months your Handset is Just Come Before one Month. so No idea then Again i talk with company Number But No response. so I Write Compaint in Consumer Court its ID 801824 after Compaints Company Not Given Any Responce

My Be Flipkart is getting 80% to 90% Commistion then They Sell 3rd Class company products

Ivoomi is display Indian company But its sell china Products they Have Strong advocate who know Indian Rules and save Company from Consumer Form. i just Visit website to check lot of Complaints Available but ivommi is not done any improvement of Service . I thing it collect big Amount in Indian Market and Inverst Same in Out of india.because all genius Companys Likes samsungs Oppo mixromax Etc. of provide Parts To Own Customer support Centre but they Do not Provide None of parts to Ivoomi Cutomer support .
They Share below Detail Only Address Availabe no email ID Because they Know if indian Person is call to Another country number they losss Its money thats Why No email provide and in 2 Email ID availabe but no responce in Both Email IDs

i Hope i get Any Postive Response and Get My phone Back ASAP i go Consumer Form also if i Am not get Response in next 7 Days
