I buyer a new ntorq when I got my new bike the next day it was not starting and then I called suryapartab TVS dealer in Bangalore then he sent his one of his employee to check the bike and to replace the spark plug after 15 days I was getting the same problem in the bike I tried calling them but I don't get any response from two days and no one were receiving my call it was very disappointed and I got very bad service so I just wanted to know who will repair my bike and wet will I get good service so that I can repair my bike

I recently bought a Tvs sport bike ES but unfortunately I received a defective product the bike was given in a very dusty position and it has many many problems. I have done first service in a hope that everything will be alright but the same problem and I wanted front mudguard and front number plate which was not available unfortunately and the issue is not solved yet.

The vehicle purchased from Stallionz At Ahmedabad (GUJ ) on 26.8.18.
Since beginning vehicle given trouble starting problem, not self start , cick also not working ,no smooth riding .after all free services.

Hi would like to highlight incident where GS motors over there in ghaziqbad took my bike. A payment in advance and still bike was not handover to me.that pathetic service they not delivered fr d first time. Earlier also it happened. But yeah seeing that constant trend morover that lathargic behavior in delivering services is not good.

I have been getting my scotty serviced at SAI KRIPA AUTO , KHUNTI ROAD , BIRSA CHOWK , HAWAI NAGAR,RANCHI-3. But unfortunately the results are pathetic. This problem has not been solved yet.
This means that a scooter with such a problem at the outset cannot be used for good.
But I don't need your service yet.

N then i agree to take the loan from tvs company. After getting all my personal documents she is not recieve my calls . Tvs company atleast has to tell me that loan is passed or not n if my documents are misused i will complain to police that tvs company is responsible for this.i have all the proofs.

My TVs Ntorque 125 has broken down. It won't start even after using it on a daily basis. The kick is also not helpful. I bought it last year.

I dine the need full asap a year back yet my account ecs was not cleared... After having funds in my account. Now tvs finance is charging me for the bouncing charges around 10000 ripped who is responsible for this? N why should I pay when I had funds in my account? I buyed ntorq vehicle on 11February 2020 From Maharshtra Nagpur Indrayani Motors Situated Near Narendra nagar road nagpur..
First when i talked to Kapil kature the sales person he said for financing you will be charges 1200-1500 rs as a Documentation process.i agred with them.. Later while delivering the vehicle manager said 3500-4000 for documentation charges..
after that i booked the vehicle and dated them that i will collect vehicle on 11 feb at 5pm..we will see to finance or not on that day as i was able to give around 50000rs cash...
When i talked to manager about the vehicle delivery he said sir your vehicle is ready you can come to showroom to collect..i was late and i reached the showroom at 7pm...when i reached there the vehicle was not ready i have to wait for 1and half hr they tooked the vehicle in front of me for washing..the water was coming from mirror and vehicle was full we..this way i bring this vehicle at my home ...i wanted to gift my dad on his birthday..after this..the manager had made wrong bills even i had photo of that..manager calls recording sir your vehicle is ready with proper ribbions decoration..he lied to me...
After this i visited around 6times for number vehicle still they excused me all time..today when i visited to collect number plate they said the girl is on holiday..so i told them that i want now i had call from you showroom and i told them that i am coming on monday if she is not present to give number plate then its not my fault..then the showroom people started arguing with each other and they tooked 45min to give me number plate on my vehicle..
One more thing on 11feb vehicle delivery date the sales person kapil kature not received my call i had called him around 14-18times..
Even when i asked for insurance policy they even dont mail me nor they give me print copy.first time they told me that net problem and 2times printer problem...
When asked for service book they gave me book full of dust on that..

Please take proper action against them or else i have to forward the bills photos all call recordings of manager and kapil kature and the girl..on Nagpur facebook pages where 77000 peoples are following by headline

I have TVS Apache 160 4v purchased of Sept. 2018 got a issue with my silencer of my bike which I register on 28 June 2020 at Swastik TVS Workshop, Ranchi, Jharkhand till now my problem is not resolved. They said we are out of stock of silencer with no date fixed to get the silencer.
This is the second time, when silencer of the bike is not working properly/ feels the parts are damage inside. Within 2 years the bike is making soo much trouble, I am totally concerned with the bike. After spending such heavy amount we get such problem this is not making sense.Also the trust with TVS Company is might be losing.

Let me introduce myself first, I am Dipen Bhavsar from Ahmedabad , Gujarat . I am Deputy Manage (Auto claims) in respected Insurance company and you can say I am automobile insect of our field.

I was proud owner of TVS apache RTR160 hyper edge 2012. Since I am big fan of this series its lead me to own RR310 to satisfy my wishes and Thrills of riding.

I am not complaining here for the issues but as, I am a technical person I would like to give suggestion on some points of riding this demon somewhere around 4000 kms.

I have experienced the same old vibration issues which was felt to drive my old hyper edge 160 , between 4000 to 6000 RPM.

I get to know that my demon is fluctuating badly in manner of RPM in Ideal mode. Its gave pulsation from 1900 rpm to 2100 rpm in standing ideal mode. I came to know it’s a because of tuning and it’s a genetic problem of this series and you already have implements in new edition of bs6 or 2020 model.

But please don’t make me feel that carburetors are better to tune and get proper results in manner of driving. Here I have attached small video of the same.

In spite of this many time I found that machine got cut off , while I am engage the clutch in n nominal speed and I have to face embarrassment between the traffic as you may know Ahmedabad is very crowdie place to live. But I observed that It was done only in low Rpms and it might be due to that fluctuations of RPM.

I would like to know the Ideal Rpm rate of this bike as I have 1800 to 1900 in mine.

Above mentioned problems were already shared with the dealer point and they try to make it out but somehow its not done and felt the same problem again and again after doing the tuning at workshop.

Need your intervene and call should be appreciated to discuss this scenario. A waiting for your revert.

13 अगस्त को मैंने निर्माण TVs रिंग रोड लखनऊ में अपनी ज्यूपिटर UP32 JU 1230 को सर्विसिंग के लिए दिया जहां मुझको फोन करके बताया गया कि क्लच प्लेट खराब है बदलना पड़ेगा मैंने कहा जैसा आप समझे ।शाम को गाड़ी मुझे दे दी गई।दूसरे दिन से सेल्फ स्टार्ट होना बन्द हो गया 21 को मेरी गाड़ी का पिछला पहिया जाम हो गया ।मेरे फोन करने पर मुझसे कहा गया जैसे भी हो गाड़ी शोरूम लेकर आओ।किस तरह12 किलोमीटर चलकर मैं शोरूम पहुंचा जहाँ मैकेनिक तुरन्त काम करने लगा लेकिन शोरूम के फ्लोर मैनेजर सरदारजी ने बहुत अमर्यादित व्यवहार किया मैकेनिक को ठीक से काम भी नहीं करने दिया।निमार्णTVS के मैनेजर और सर्विसिंग से मैं बहुत आहत हूँ मन हो रहा है गाड़ी को आग लगा दूँ।मेरे पास यही एक गाड़ी है जो कि पूरी तरह खराब है अगर आप कुछ कर सकते हों तो बताएं।

I bought tvs ntorq125(WB 72V 6568) from my nearest tvs showroom malbazar, from the beginning ntorq's USB charging port was not working when i told the showroom they said we will fixed this problem in 1st servicing,i went to the servecing center and i again told them the USB charging port issue,again they said next servecing day they will fix it. 2 servecing has been done but my problem is not solve. i hope this complain will help to solve my problem....

We bought a scooter from you (TVS N-torq 125) with cash,10 days before the lockdown
But we were allowed to pass our vehicle 3 months after the lockdown.
Even after our tireless efforts and our responsibility, we got the vehicle ourselves.
We have not yet received the required services, extra parts (accessories), even number plate along with the vehicle.
Your Palghar branch from which we purchased the vehicle has been closed. You did not consider it necessary to give us even simple information about this matter.
We collected the information ourselves and started servicing the vehicle from Boisar branch. It was only when we got the vehicle that it was in very bad condition.
His chassis number has rusted in such a short time.
We don't get any positive response from you even after making many phone calls and visiting the showroom ourselves.
We humbly inform you that we will wait only two days, even after this if we do not get feedback from you then we will take legal action against you.
Your car will be delivered to you and we will return our value.
You shouldn't have expected such a dirty service and such irresponsibility.
