The issue that I have experienced was: As per order status, my shipment was supposed to be delivered on 25th Feb'22, but till now (26th Feb'22) not received my shipment.
This is not first time, every time I have facing the issue, while discussed with customer care representative, they simply told as sorry for inconvenience

From firstcry.com, I purchased a toy car (Babyhug Battery Operated Ride On Car with Music & Lights - Orange) and an assembly service. The assembly person could not assemble the product and mentioned the product has a defect by design as there will be gaps in the front wheels and assembly is not possible, the only option he gave me was to return the product. I raised a concern/complaint with firstcry.com, and raised 5 replacement requests, I have been following up with customer service on emails and calls, and they are not refunding or replacing the product, rather they are canceling my requests. it has been 9 days, and still, my issue is not resolved. I do not trust their products, they are defective, I need a refund, please help.

Customer support declined the return of the product (R for Rabbit Road Runner Max Scooter - Green) even though the product delivered is defective. I can only replace it, but the replacement will take time. I need to gift this product. I don't see any value in having a replacement after the need. I need the replacement by 9th Feb or return the product.
The first cry doesn't consider any value for its customer while creating a return/ replacement policy. Please take action to rectify your policies on such defective items you send.

This is the second time iam ordering in first cry.last time when i ordered pregancy pillow to kerala..it was almost 3 wks delay atlast it was delivered at all even after 3 wks.. showing the next date of delivery.but not delivering on that date too
This time also i ordered a frock to kerala.it should be delivered by today..but not yet delivered .i surely know by the end of the day u will show the new delivery date..and u won't deliver it on that day too
