am Madanlal Ghorawat age 82 years and resident of Jaipur presently living in Ahmedabad. Dr. R. K. Tongia is my personal physician for last 10 years. Presently due to some health troubles I specifically came to Jaipur to consult Dr. Tongia regarding my health. I came to your hospital to meet him. For this I was adviced to get registered and pay the necessary fees. I was told by your supervising staff to stand in the queue which was very long at that time because out of total 4 counters only counter no. 7 and 8 were working and I had to stand there for about 1 hour. I repeatedly informed your staff that I am a senior citizen and it is difficult for me to stand in this long queue. But no help was given to me and I had to suffer a lot.I also like to mention that in my past visits several times I was given priority being senior citizen. Secondly my surname Ghorawat was written as choudhary. I therefore like to state that tis was very painful for me and I would like that your hospital should make proper arrangement for senior citizens like me. Your comment in this case will be highly appreciated.
