I had booked a car for riding from rural bus stand of Mysore to Mandakally airport on 27th January 2018, but the driver did not turn up. Consequently I have been charged Rs.50 for cancellation charge. This is not fair as the cancellation was done without my fault. So please look into the matter and see that the action taken is revoked.

Would like to share today's BAD experience about your service!

Today evening, I booked a share cab OSN1048685221 which would cost me Rs.89 for my ride. This driver Prasad Pawar, very much came near my location in Magarpatta city itself for dropping previous ride person. He was shown about 5 minutes distance from my location, when suddenly, the distance raised to 30 minutes. When I tracked him, i could see him going out of Magarpatta city towards Wagholi. I called him multiple times, but all the time, he cut my calls. It looks that, he did not want to take my ride and instead wanted to go somewhere else. Then after a long long wait, I had no option left but to cancel this ride.

The next ride I booked was OSN1048711443, driver Abhishek. However, don't know what this driver did mess up with the system. He waited at distant location and started my ride. When I could not see him around and when tracked, I could see him farther away. Then I called him and explained about my location. He did come to my location, but when he tried entering OTP I received for his ride, it could not go through and was giving him error all the time. Not sure if he had messed up with sequence of pick up or how. Then again, I had to cancel this ride.

Then finally, I could book a ride OSN1048743379, which costed me Rs.138, which was Rs. 49 EXTRA than the 1st ride I got (Rs.138-89=Rs.49).

Because of your BAD Services, may be due to your driver or due to non functioning of your system properly, I ended up paying EXTRA Rs.49.

Plz credit this amount back to my account, which I was penalized TOTALLY DUE TO FAULT FROM OLA SIDE!

Attached plz find screenshot of my first booked ride for Rs.89, wherein you willbe able to see, how driver was going away from Magarpatta city towards Wagholi side.

However, I received very discouraging reply from OLA, which is NOT ACCEPTABLE:

I booked through your Ola app for a taxi from HAL corporate office Cubbon Road, Bangalore to HMA, Doddanekkunndi Road, Marathahalli, Bangalore to day booking no. CNN2066503350 but driver refused to come to pick and asked me to cancel the booking. I did not cancel booking and waited for him for half an hour but he did not come. I recieved a message from Ola that my booking is cancelled and I will be charged Rd.50/-
First, when I have not cancelled the booking , how you can charge cancellation charges.
Second, how your cab driver ask me to cancel the booking and refuse to pick.

I request you to cancel the charges as I have not cancelled the booking.
Also, take action against the driver for refusing to come and asking me to cancel the booking.

Sir, I have been charges cancellation charges Rs.50/- wrongly as for no mistake of mine. The ola ride requested at 4.57 am was not made available and i need to catch the train.Despite waiting and after talk with driver I had no option and move. Please refund me the amount which has been paid by me as cancellation charges.

Whenever I book a Ola auto the response will be “rebook I am cancelling” without assigning any reason. Similarly Ola cab response will be “pick up point too far not worth it”

What would you say on above.

sir, on 25th morning i have booked ola mini cab from st agnes church,vivekananda nagar,gajularama ramroad to ramkote church wessly,domalguda. but your driver accept my booking but he says i dont come pick up area so i said cancell the booking,your drived said that you only cancell,finally i only cancell the booking and again i have booked same area but another driver accept my booking but his not at all come to pickup i called several times but no response finally i cancelled the booking.on 25 th i have exam at domalguda so i missed that exam who is the responsibility for that my future is depend on that exam will you give me back my that time. and iam not ready to pay cancellation charges kindly note that. if you people cancellation charges added in my next booking

i will go to higher authority of your company.

Ola Cabs (ANI Technologies Private Limited) has a HOPELESS Consumer complaints resolving system. Travelled from Pune to Kalyan vide Ola Trip number “ CRN 3181348702 ” for which Ola charged me 185 kms, although a couple of days back for travel between the same spots & same route vide Ola Trip number “ CRN 3169682118 ” (Kalyan to Pune) the distance measured was 155 kms (it may be noted here that no spot in Pune is as far as 185 kms from Kalyan.
Lodged oral & written complaints vide Tickets numbers 176845327 10 Jun 2019 , 178108184 18 Jun 2019 & 178920369 Dtd. 24 Jun 2019 but no response/resolution/refund despite big time bound promises.

Ola Auto has taken extra fare from me and he said he will return but he is not receiveing call

auto driver having residential address listed as cottonpet by the name dharma 9342687603 but resides behind sandeep vihar army quarters kannamangala slum area near om shakthi temple . his son prakash elder one used to drive ola cab , cheated has taken addtional payments . prakash also purchase expensive phones from a krishna raja puram store using 9342687603 mobile number and auto of dharma sells it at mulbagal . they show the auto as security for purchasing cars and bikes .

Today I booked Ola cab from F-314 Noida 63 to Vasundhara ghaziabad,CRN 4954309236 driver name Abhay Yadav showing in true caller and his contact no is 9711858395/ 9458292733. He behaved very strange and call me so many times after completing ride he said that he has to say something like love and all.. it's too much and not expecting this type of behaviour from Ola driver because we know that Ola is too safe comparison of otherone but today I am so upset. And he also whatsapp me i am attaching here the screenshot of that .
I have blocked him, but I don't want to expect this behaviour next time.

Please take any action against him.

Dear Manager,

I am very surprised by your driver's actions, I took your service on 23rd December for my uncle ji, first he asks how will you pay for the car
If there is cash, then go or else ask to cancel the service. Sadly it felt that I got a bill of Rs 451 and your dear driver took Rs 760/- from those elders and also threatened that the car was not even there till you came home.

You guys will definitely not progress if this continues, screenshot is attached for your further action....
