I am a student of BA Programme session 2015-16 sol new delhi. i passed my BA in 2018. i have been trying to get my provisional certificate for the last one and a half year but but every time it shows that your provisional has not been generated yet and try after one or two days.while my sister compeleted her BA(H) in the same year ,got her certificate one and a half year ago. I need my certificate to hire a job so please sort out my problem .
