My zeta app not logind

I have Sodexo card given by my employer and I had notified your company to add my phone number so that I could add zeta app on my phone and get notifications. I have added the app and get notifications but am unable to view it on the when I enter the OTP for verifying the phone number it does not show the next screen.

At present not using in normal Card. All machines accept chip card only.
