My name is Mohit Sharma ,I left a private company with serving 15 days notice period on 31 JAN 2018. Company name MAAC (Maya Academy Of Advanced Cinematic) its an Animation Institute in GABA Mall Model Town Jalandhar. I had worked 18 months for company from AUG 2016 to JAN 2018 . I had completed all the work which company provide me at my working period and never break any rule of company. when I put resignation my Boss Mr.Rohit Arora pressurize me for serving 3 months notice period but he did not tell me about the notice period on the date of joining. he did not give my last month salary and my experience letter. I had sent the request mail and calls but he did not give any response in my last telephonic conversation with Mr.Rohit Arora, he said he did not give my salary and experience letter. he hold my 2 blank yes bank Cheque with my signature at the time of joining now he said if i am going to complaint in labour court he fill the cheque with 2 months salary and deposit for clearance.

1. With due respect, I submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourble action please.

2. Sir, I am serving in General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF), which is an integral part of Armed Forces of India under Ministry of Defense. Presently, I am working in 1023 (I) ESPL (GREF), C/o 56 APO (J&K Region (Leh-Ladakh)), which is far flung/extreme cold climate area (Minus thirty degree Celsius temperature) and there is very poor communication from that area to entire country (appx 1150 Kms distance from my Home Town).

3. It is intimated that my wife Smt Parminder Kaur is living in my residence at
Vill-Jamalpur, P.O-Sarna, Teh & Distt-Pathankot, Punjab-145025 and I am serving for nation outside of the state. My wife is working as Primary school teacher in Govt Primary School at Joda Sitran, Gurdaspur, Punjab wef 26 Dec 2016 and she has delivered a male child on 18 Feb 2017 (photocopy of birth certificate is enclosed herewith for your ready reference) and presently she is on Maternity leave sanctioned by Block Primary Officer, Gurdaspur-2 for the period wef 16 Feb 2017 to 14 Aug 2017.

4. The above school is approximately 60 Kms away from my house and she is travelling approximately 04 hrs daily for teaching in School. After completion of Maternity leave she will join duty on 16 Aug 2017 alongwith my six months small child, which is not easy to manage. It is natural that any infant need his mother’s continuous closeness till he attains the age of 02 years. Being a long distance my wife will certainly face many difficulties to carry my child alongwith her to school regularly.

5. Considering my service constraints, I am not in a position to go on leave regularly and timely to take care of my child in my house. As per my personal knowledge, you are well aware about problems of Defence service being an Ex Army Officer.

6. In view of above, it is requested in your kind honour that this Genuine case may please be considered and suitable instructions may passed to D.P.I Office, Chandigarh/Transfer department of Punjab Govt Primary School to issue her transfer order at nearest Govt. Primary School from my home town area at Vill-Jamalpur, P.O-Sarna, Teh & Distt – Pathankot, Punjab-145025 on compassionate grounds to take care of health of my child upto 02 years.
