    The setup box was installed on 25-03-2018 vide R. No. 5859 and a sum of RS. 1,727/- was collected
    by the Jupiter Solutions.

    I have been seeing scroll appearing in my TV that my subscription has to be paid and accordingly I sent
    a messenger to your Airtel show room, and it was conveyed a sum of Rs. 500/- is required to be paid
    and accordingly a sum of Rs. 500/- was remitted in cash.

    I am afraid that I cannot afford to pay a monthly subscription of Rs. 500/- when the local cable operator
    provides connection Rs. 150/- per month with relevant channels. I desire instruct the service provider
    to disconnect the service. Please revert back about action taken by you.

    I have tried to recharge my DTH for Rs 510.00 online. The first transaction was not successful as the page kept on hanging for long. Thus I closed the page and did another attempt to recharge my DTH with Set Top ID 3022165173, which was successful and I was given a transaction ID 180501309410. But my bank sent me SMS for two transactions of Rs 510.00 each. I would request you to cancel the other transaction (If at all) . Thus I would like a refund of other transaction amount of Rs 510.00 in my account. I case of any clearance please feel free to contact me at the below mentioned number

    For three month I recharge 291as per your advise but every month seen only 15 days after calling customer tell me your package is 511.last month he Tel more channel stopped and recharge with 291+16+22=328. Because there was some minus ballance.i recharge this amount but 15 days stopped channel.i contact your customer care then he again Tel me your package is 511 so kindly take action otherwise I will stopped Airtel service

    This is a pure frod that i recharge my kids pack online @80/- by transferring 100/- in my account by after consulting customer care executive. Recharge using time is 1 month, but the channels are closed within 9 days. After that when i call to the customer care number, he told me that you transfer 100/- in your account again...?? What is this?? This is pure frod. I will Never ever suggest anyone to use Airtel dish tv. Worst...!!

    Airtel is cheating customers in all possible ways to compete with JIO, but at least JIO is playing fair game and they are 100 time better than airtel any day. I am changing all my services to JIO. For my Airtel DTH services I have noticed that every year when you recharge online they will never show you your existing package and will you different options and when you recharge and start watching again you will find that most of the channels are missing and when you call back the customer service they will say you will need additional package by paying additional amount. After noticing this i enquired it with all my friends its the same with everyone and you end up paying double the amount JIO is charging for the same services. Big cheats they are. They are just robbing people and the worst customer service.

    Airtel DTH customer care service is useless I had called many times to repair or change my set top box but they are doing nothing every time they
    have given me 24 hours time to resolve the issue but from the date of 17 july 2018 they are doing nothing, per day I am calling regarding my problem to airtel customer care but my request is still pending. And each and every time when I contact to customer care they said my complaint is not register yet, What the bullshit it is. Are they people are made or dumb I can't understand. Today morning I have called again and service care person said till the evening mechanic will come and my problem will be resolved. My request to airtel that please appoint sincere employees for the customer support.

    I had recharged my DTH on Dt:- 10-Jul-18 with monthly Plan RS- 315/- .Due to some issue my DTH signal not catch the network then i have called customer care on 11-Jul-18 and i have requested for HOLD (Close) my DTH for One Month . she is agree and confirm me your DTH service close for One Month.but when we check the balance is 6 rupees now . I am continue followup with customer care Ex. from 09-Aug-18 to 11-aug-18 but no any response from them.

    On 09/10-Aug -18 customer care accept that your request for close(hold service) for one Month has been raise in system. but on 11-aug he is not accept.

I am fed up of complaining.Nobody is picking my phone.The tv is not working.it is telling me to recharge ,when it has already been recharged. I am extremely unhappy to I point of being frustrated.
