My consignment 10065098 was couriered on 25th December 2017. After 13 days also I didn't got my courier. I tried to contact through given phone no. but no one there was able to answer correctly about my consignment.
You guys don't care about the importance of the documents I am in. This is the worst service experience I ever had in my life.
I need that courier at almost importance by tomorrow.
Please help to get that asap

I have give my courier in agent office on 16-01-2019. and it was delivered today. why its too late.due to courier late delivery i have to pay 2500 penalty regarding doc. who responsible for that your agent was told me on call i dont have resposibilty. how he told us take immediate action for this courier agency other wise i want to take some few action against you as well as courier agency.
