Respected sir,
My name is sajini varughese i have purchase yamaha cygnus alpha on 27/6/2016 from ninan motors pathanamthitta. I have already finish six services in access yamaha ranni. Now my vehicle handle is too much vibrating and not geting balance. I cannot drive smootly. I have too much pain my hands after riding this scooter. I have allready addressed this problem to yamaha service center pathanamthitta and ranny nearly seven times in this week. But they connot identify the problem. I am not satisfied by this vehicle condition. Also am not satisfied with service center. Sir please do the favour immediately. Because i am working person regularly using this vehicle. This is the second time i am submit. I hope as soon as possible you will solve this problem.

I am Ramautar Das, aged 66 years resident of Mohalla- Alinagar, PO- Lal Bagh, PS- LNMU Campus, Darbhanga-846004, mobile no-8434594421, with e-mail- masterrautar@gmail.com, and consumer of Bihar Electricity Board, I have serious complaints with NBPDCL. My consumer no is 400265351. I have lodged complaints against wrongful billing vide my letter dated 07/10/2015, 30/10/2015 and 29/03/2017 but the authority is reluctant to listen me and they are not deducting the amount paid by me on 29/07/2015, a sum of Rs.850/- vide Receipt no – 0945399 dated 29/07/2015 against the bill dated 10/07/2015, bill no- 10002298368 for Rs.823/-
2. I stopped paying the bill and finally they disconnected my connection on 17/12/2015, without giving me any prior intimation, and knowledge. Wonderfully after disconnection they went on sending me bills every month and in the month of January2016 they sent me a bill of Rs. 10760/- when the line was already disconnected. They went on sending bills.
3. I need proper rectification of the bills, and line be connected. -

I am getting wrongful bills. I have lodged complaints on 07/10/2015, 31/10/2015, and 29/03/2017.My connections is disconnected and even then bills are coming with energy charges.

My CA 400032556 and on 8/4/17 new meter no-4870123 has been installed in my house in place of old and wrong meter no-103874 by Purnea supply division but bill is being given on average basis not on the basis of actual reading. please load my new meter no. on the computer and send bill on actual reading adjusting payment already made on average basis after 8/4/17

I took an electricity connection in September 2016 and as directed I put on the xerox of receipt in j.e. office.after that I gave an application also.but yet the electricity bill is not coming and electricity meter has not given by the department.

This for your information we have not receiving electricity bill Month on Month. Last payment 5240/- has been made on 20-05-2017 on the name of Re connection Charge and before that on 09-06-2016 payment of Rs. 53382/- has done of dues bill.
After these payment SDO Dalsinghsarai has said that bill will be continue now. But still we are facing the same. Dont know why is delaying for bill continue if all system is on line.
Need your urgent action on this regard because this connection is of RNLIC and the payment of Electriciy Bill not getting.
