Vodafone Custumer services told me some plans but doesn't activated

I got msg that I will avail extra talk time of Rs 130 on recharge of Rs 120 but when I recharged my no by Rs 120 I got Rs 98.63 only.Please look into the matter and provide extra talktime as per your msg.

I have changed port of my Airtel mobile no. to Vodafone on persuatuion on 28-12-2017. Till the date it has not active and at the same time Airtel has disconnected me on and from 13-01-2018.
